What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom has most companies available with so many contacts in each.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the layout. I feel DiscoverOrg has a better layout and easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of key players in each company to call for the vertical I'm in. The benefits have been immense to build relationships with c suite executives inside of my customer base.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has the contacts you need. Great tool to push sales quotas through the roof!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the search bar at the top - I can type any name or company and it pops right up!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how I can't unlock certain content for certain companies in our area, it's pretty frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From a sales standpoint, I am able to acquire scoops and leads through DiscoverOrg to help start conversations, and getting confirmed contact data helps out too. IT helps save me time from having to dig and research to find it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best that the info is up to date! I have been using it for two months now and it has not let me down.
the contact info and company info is awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike it at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me get appointments with the people.

What do you like best about the product?
Up to date accurate information on almost all US based companies as well as a large amount of foreign companies
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the list match doesn't work great. A suggestion would be to enhance the listmatch tool and include subsidiaries of companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can basically track down anyone I need to within a company.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the insight found in the scoops, it really helps show re-sellers that I have a competitive edge over other vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
company size is not always accurate, I have to double check other sources in most cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to prospect and provide insight to the re-sellers that I am doing business with. This allows me to look like a professional with my re-sellers and OEMs and get me a better chance of getting a meeting with the prospect.

What do you like best about the product?
The DiscoverOrg platform is a great tool for researching sales and marketing prospects. The database is always growing and the level of detail is very useful. Plus, whenever I have questions or new functionality comes out, my rep Zachary is quick to respond and make sure I have the tools needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the OppAlerts could tell you more information about the company/individual searching for a given topic. Even if it's just the relevant city where they are searching for that topic, it would be a great help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have improved our marketing outreach and prospecting tactics based on the information available in DiscoverOrg. The OppAlerts give us weekly updates of prospects searching for terms relevant to our business, leading to more qualified calls and emails.

Great tool - accurate and easy

What do you like best about the product?
The quickness of retrieving data. I can quickly search and get the immediate results I need. It also does an excellent job providing accurate contact information. It also makes it extremely easy to run large lead lists for marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've used many tools and there are things I strongly dislike about other tools. The only thing I could say regarding this is it'd be great to have more contact data. I often find contacts through other sources that aren't necessarily in the ZoomInfo database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting. ZoomInfo makes this task much easier. It also is amazingly beneficial in running targeted lists for email campaigns.. Yes it costs money/points to run the lists, but I find they're very accurate and effective.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've used DiscoverOrg as well, and like their solution. Now that both companies have merged, I'm extremely excited to see what future rollouts will occur.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that they don't charge on a for access based on a credit system. It is nice to not worry about downloading the wrong contact and researching later and realizing you didn't wast the money. The platform is easy to use and download lists with complete information. Their advanced search feature is really great when narrowing down your prospects when you have a niche client use case.

Getting contact information for companies we would like to prospect into. it is much quicker to obtain the information from discoverorg compared to similar programs
