Great tool for B2B businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, nightly auto sync/update/append to your entire database (even records not directly sourced by DiscoverOrg), ability to drop in Account names and generate a list of email domains (great for ABM strategy), append to incomplete lists generated from tradeshows/events and GREAT customer success/support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Today nothing. The tool answers all of your needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Feeding our inside sales team so they can do 1-1 email/phone call outreach, appending additional information to records that we already own (for example IT budget, # of employees, etc.) which in turns helps us accelerate how we profile our prospects.

The data is always reviewed and up to date. Very good for my target accounts in North EMEA.

The UI is pretty hard to navigate - some bugs during advanced searches.

Trying to get up to date information on accounts and technologies to benefit sales outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
DicoverOrg has hands down the most accurate direct phone numbers for prospects. Additionally, the ability to run lists and sort on specific criteria makes prospecting way easier. Also, it's super easy to type in anything in the search bar and pull many relevant items (even with spelling errors!)

I wish I could customize my dashboard for my territory/accounts only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster list pulling & prospecting. More accurate direct phone numbers. Access to companies/industries that I may not have found on my own.

The quality of leads (there are legitimate spam trap emails throughout DiscoverOrg)

Much quicker prospecting, direct SalesForce integrations, mobile number access.

Weigh the cost benefit. Start off with ZoomInfo to see if you really need a giant DiscoverOrg purchase for 6X the price.

Inability to manipulate information from platform for changes directly into export option

Direct contact information, Searching by technology type to run targeted campaigns, The accuracy of the data is very high compared to other companies provide database information. The add-on feature for web browsers and Most important this is very simple to use site/search features

Tough to say... The Web add-on feature sometimes messes up my browser opening multiple tabs....

I'm generating Net New business and this is by far the best platform to use. Direct contact data, Budget data, IT Infrastructure data creates a massive short cut when prospecting

My go to tool for finding, verifying, and vetting leads for my company.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of filtering for very specific leads and also the support. The information is updated constantly but when a record is found to incorrect, their team is extremely responsive in correcting it. DiscoverOrg is a tab that constantly stays up on my browser because I go to it throughout my work day. It is also easy to import contacts into my CRS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing that I dislike would be there is information or companies that I don't have access to. This quickly taken care of via support if it's a record I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's essential for us in targeting a wide prospect pool and then narrowing down the results in a very quick manner. Also, giving us great contact information while our sales team is hunting down business.

The information and functionality along with the support, I can't imagine a better tool for finding the best people to market your business to.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about DiscOrg is it's integration with Salesforce. I'm able to access information for a particular company within an account page on Salesforce, quickly important contacts, and see scoops or evaluation alerts. I think the ability to quickly important DO's data into a CRM is a huge strength. It's also a big help to see what technologies a given company uses since I work in software/tech sales and benefit from more informed, competitive messaging.

Though the scoops are generally useful, they are often vague or sometimes inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an SDR, DiscOrg gives me the info I need so I can more successfully prospect and outbound to the right accounts.

IMHO they're the market leader in their space and have always provided in-depth, reliable information. I'd recommend checking them out.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the lead list builder as well as all the contact information they provide. Typically, the information is accurate and its a great way to find email addresses and phone numbers. Also, the direct link to Salesforce is a huge time-saver. Also, the Scoops are valuable to determine targeting and gives information into what is going on in any account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the information was more up to date. Sometimes the direct dials aren't accurate and people are no longer at the company

As an SDR, I am using DiscoverOrg to find potential buyers of our solution. Direct import to Salesforce is awesome because it automatically creates a lead without me having to type it out in SFDC.

DiscoverOrg is doing everything to become the best solution in the market. They acquired RainKing, as well as ZoomInfo to continue to push the envelope and become the best resource for contact information.
