What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to search for both accounts and contacts. This is particularly useful to create lists to target.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the available contacts are limited. It would be nice to have all employee titles visible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be able to identify key players within organizations is very efficient when presenting solutions to decision makers.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the plug in ability while using Google Chrome to see immediately who the best person to contact is. Also love the ability to upload my own list and cross ref it with zoom inf, to take out the older contacts and email and phone numbers
What do you dislike about the product?
only downfall for me is the fact that i cant narrow it down to exact revenues or at least more options, such as the 20 mil then jumps to say 50mil, would like the ability to narrow it down a little more like say by 5 million at a time?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the correct contacts to reach out to, has more up to date info then any thing i have used before, one of the greatest benefits is the fact that i can use on the fly while I google something, and also I can upload my own lists through Zoom and compare them

I would say give this a try, Hands down best I have used in my 20 plus years of using contact database software
Good Quality Data, huge time saver
What do you like best about the product?
Makes finding contact information a breeze, also saves time in building marketing lists. Great way to get insight into an organization- impressed with the quality of data. Advanced search and list matching are superb. They also provide great support. Our Account Manager has been proactive in helping us get the most out of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
HIgh price point, for only some departments. For example, if you have the "marketing" department info, you may be missing relevant people in other departments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are saving time and money by not having to look for contact information manually- or buying individual lists. We've lowered bounce rates and we're not wasting time with phony numbers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need good data and contact info, would recommend. Pricey, but it's entirely possible to recoup your investment in saved time and good data quality.

What do you like best about the product?
The reason we love it is the Ability to uncover scoops and insights along with gathering a better understanding of our clients or future client. By uploading my customer base it alerts me to news for that is specific to them and allows me to build opportunity by knowing more about them. I also like the ability to see like companies and know the data has been verified by the team at Discover. Org. We preach using this tool to every stage an account manager is in, as the information is not static.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was an error that caused me to be locked out, yet was quickly resolved once alerted to my account manager. There was a cost barrier initially, yet we are seeing return based on more use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wider base of contacts along with verifying recent transitions. We took some Aged data and leveraged Discover org to help uncover where the data had shifted either from mergers or contacts moving on to new organizations or changes in email structure along with new contacts into a role change. This is one of the biggest challenge as everyone has change we just have to get ahead of it.

The amount of data you can uncover from utilizing DiscoverOrg as your BI insight tool can revitalize your customer's experience due to the more meaningful conversation that can be had. Once you make the commitment, the fastest way to ROI is using the tools and getting the entire team involved.
Great for information
What do you like best about the product?
The companies and contacts provided. The great deal of information and advanced search. I would love it to show the growth of companies by location. I love that you can break up your search and drive it down to your location specifically. I can grow my contacts within my linkedin. I love how it has a linkedin tool near the contacts name so I'm able to send them a request immediately. It makes my job so much easier each day. That is what I love the most. Easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contact information is incorrect. The phone numbers are for different contacts or main lines. It should just state that it's the main line when they do not have the direct dial info. It can also freeze up from time to time. I'll have to exit out to the program and re-enter after I start my new day. It would be nice to use the search for a certain demographic as well. Maybe small business's, women owned, etc... I would love for it to dive in deeper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to grow my business and expand my portfolio using the contact information DiscoverOrg provides. It lets me narrow down a area, location, city, state, town, and more. I'm also able to find out where my contacts have gone when they've left their current job position within their previous organization.

Show the growth of business's adding new locations. Location growth.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are scoops and updates to your leads whenever you see fit. It's really helpful to know who is leaving what company and new information on companies that you're researching.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of accounts that I've come across with minimal information. It's hard to perform thorough prospecting with little information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with the prospecting aspect and it is nice to have an org chart based on each company.

It's a good tool that will only improve from here.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of importing to SFDC. The ease of building lead and account lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
not every person for ever company is in Dorg. I find some people on linkedin that are not in Dorg
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prosecting, reaching a larger target audience, more meetings, more pipeline, more deals.

I really love how the product can scale across all areas that I work - Salesforce, linkedin, etc.
I also LOVE how it connects with outreach so that in literally one click I can 1) have the right contact info 2) mine out a brand new contact, and 3) get them into a prospecting cadence.

So far I have not found anything that is jumping out as a red flag.

Prospecting with Discoverorg
What do you like best about the product?
Great user interface, very easy to navigate. clean layout information is broken down in categories. additional features are great such as scoops and dealmaker - gaining additional insight into your prospects calendar and buying process and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
not every tool is perfect but data accuracy - lack of data. - system integration with Salesforce could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cybersecurity, network, endpoint, log/SIEM management.

Great tool for prospecting for sales department.

What do you like best about the product?
The data has been about 98% accurate and we're able to find the majority of prospects in our target market.
What do you dislike about the product?
The relevance of scoops could be better, and the Salesforce integration could use improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DiscoverOrg is helping us get our prospecting efforts off the ground, and we are able to work toward more of an ABM based approach.
