Great data mining for prospecting potential clients

What do you like best about the product?
Accurate data and easy to sort specific, targeted lists on companies in every industry but category. Improves ability to prospect effectively. Best tool for garnering information on companies in the industry. Great training and easy to use the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
When landing on page can't navigate with back button, must open new browser and copy page which is cumbersome. Search doesn't always yield results when typing in company if not an exact match.Data at times can be skewed if company is a subsidiary of another company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to create prospect lists and facilitate rapid pursuit of targeted companies very easily. Able to verify correct contact within company for real estate or higher level to go around if not responding. Specific categories withing various industries that makes searching optimized by being specific.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zoominfo has recently been acquired by Discoveryorg.com, which is the perfect compliment to this company, making it a prospecting juggernaut. In another month, both will merge and the data available for purchasing and other areas will be doubled. This will give a powerful tool in the battlefield of prospecting! If prospecting data is your game then play with the best equipment possible-ZOOMINFO!

Pretty good for my first time

What do you like best about the product?
It gave me lots of useful information I was looking for and was quite user friendly, which is very important to me. The pricing was mostly fair I think, I would most likely recommend this service to friends and co-workers.p
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not say that there was necessarily something I didn’t like about it. I found it very useful for what I needed and I most likely would recommend it for business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking for help with marketing research and was able to get help with them.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate and that you can create tags and lists. It makes searching for people extremely simple and the information is all very accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really to dislike other than maybe the price. It is expensive but worth the investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to canvas a large amount of people and I can get as specific as I need in order to refine searches.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zoominfo is a great product! Easy to use and has up to date detailed information.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive user interface! The interface is extremely easy to navigate and creating/exporting leads from ZoomInfo was a breeze compared to prior products we've used. Creating the lists of contacts is easy and the implementation was easy. Utilizing the product was easy without training for those who were unable to attend such as myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Filters are a bit confusing, Currently, you are able to utilize location and zip code but the zip code does not get filtered out. It would be easier if you were able to filter down to granular levels without having the option of inputting both location and zip code of the area you are searching for. This will help reduce any confusion when creating a list of companies and contacts. This was the first confusion that I had during the initial attempt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contacts with the right department has been critical to the improvement of my business. We are able to create a credible conversation from the beginning to the end by having the right contact within each company. ZoomInfo has provided that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize all the info available to you. There is a ton of information about current companies and who to contact. That kind of information ins invaluable to any industry.

Pretty useful tool for sales research

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to search company triggers and find compelling events to act on. It really offers the opportunity to dig deep into what is going on at target companies as far as hiring, job movement, and internal tech searches go. The ability quickly find, save, and export this information has be a massive time saver when it comes to my efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the prospect specific information can be inaccurate or vague. I would like it if lower level prospects had more accurate information. It seems to be more helpful for the higher level prospects within the different companies. Which can be somewhat limiting at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it mainly for prospecting and account research. It has given valuable insights into the tech stack and what competitors may be in use. The main benefit would have to be time saved then. Instead of spending hours trying to gather intelligence about target companies I'm able to quickly search and categorize the information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to leverage the advance search feature. It allows a much more accurate list of prospects and companies. I've been able to find specific prospects based off of nothing more than a similar keyword or job task. It helps to be able to do broad searches that are narrowed down by region. Especially for teams with territory based sales targets.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm easily able to find a lot of my prospects and their respective emails and direct phone numbers. This is a useful tool when it comes to sourcing my accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of times, ZoomInfo doesn't update often so I won't get the most recent employment information and I'll have to supplement ZoomInfo with another prospecting tool to find email addresses. The tool has also crashed on me a couple times in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to contact prospects directly with their phone numbers. This takes away from having to speak with operators.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it alongside another prospecting tool to gather more accurate and up to date information

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy all the filters you can search contacts by. It helps make my prospecting very targeted and therefore a more efficient use of my time. I only ever use the "advanced search" to retrieve all the data I'm looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the contact information is inaccurate, but I guess that is to be expected as the only way to truly confirm the contact is by calling the account. Some times the emails will not register properly or the contact is still there but is using a different email naming convention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DiscoverOrg helps me get new account names, contact names with information, and "scoops" or detailed updates of what the account is currently experiencing.
