Simple and Easy to Use Sales Email Campaign Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Tellwise allows me to create an email and calling campaigns quickly and easily. I can see what calls, emails and other tasks are happening with prospects with just a few clicks. The best part is that I can actively see when people access the stuff I email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more robust reporting features. The Limited export capability hurts the tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Tellwise with Discoveryorg.com to do Email campaigns

SO SIMPLE AND EFFICIENT

What do you like best about the product?
the simplicity of it and the fact that it keeps me organized and saves me at least 2-3 hrs per day!
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing as of right now. I use it daily and cannot say anything bad or inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the fact that it is linked with Salesforce so that I can quickly and efficiently manage all of my leads, contacts and accounts. Also, love when I see that my email was opened and read :)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
GOTTA USE IT!!! saves time, simple and assist greatly in organizational and time management skills.

Vision and organization of the platfrom is useful to plan my days/weeks accordingly.

e-mail signature issues requiring daily attention around my signature before sending e-mails out.

very handy tool

What do you like best about the product?
The salesflow tool is very easy to learn and set up. All of the settings are very intuitive and the email integration is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no easy way to set up flows under a co-workers account unless you login to that account. You can share templates but can't send under another email address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it for sales followup after mass emails. It makes it easy for all of the communication to look like it's coming from our sales rep.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
IT has a lot of features, you will need a plan and time to use them all.

I love the calling feature and the ability to send out personalized automated emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a place to input notes other than when calling.

Email marketing and tracking have been a great tool to us.

What do you like best about the product?
Clean integration with Salesforce allows us to know exactly what Sales is working on and who they need to follow up with.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as I can tell, no way to have a Gmail integration without Tellwise having access to every email. Also no inbound call tracking
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a systemized way to track sales activity that allowed us to run categorical reports. Sales needed a way to call and email prospects without subsequently having to manually log activity. Win Win

What do you like best about the product?
I love the connectivity capability when using Google Chrome to immediately see who the best contact person is. I also love the ability to upload my own list and cross-reference it with zoom inf, to extract the oldest contacts and the email and phone numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only disadvantage for me is the fact that I can't narrow it down to the exact income or at least more options, like 30 million and then it jumps to 69 million. I would like to have the ability to narrow it down a bit more, say, by 5 million at a time?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right contacts to reach out to has more updated information than anything I've used before. One of the biggest benefits is the fact that I can use it on the go while searching for something on Google, and I can also upload my own lists via Zoom and compare them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say try it, without a doubt the best I have used in my more than 20 years of using contact database software.

What do you like best about the product?
I use DiscoverOrg every single day in order to find prospects and get people on the phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the phone numbers are incorrect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to reach several people in each department. Sometimes when a person leaves a company, we are stuck trying to find who to reach out to. DiscoverOrg makes it easier to find more people to speak with in an organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool is incredibly useful. As a sales professional, it allows me to create targeted lists for prospecting.

Good Program for Business Matters

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive user interface! The interface is extremely easy to navigate and creating/exporting leads from ZoomInfo was very straightforward compared to previous products we have used. Creating contact lists is easy and the implementation was easy. The use of the product was easy without training for those who could not attend, like me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filters are a bit confusing. Currently, you can use the location and the postal code, but the postal code is not filtered. It would be easier if you could filter down to granular levels without having the option to enter both the location and the postal code of the area you are looking for. This will help reduce any confusion when creating a list of businesses and contacts. This was the first confusion I had during the initial attempt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contacts with the right department has been essential for the improvement of my business. We are able to create a credible conversation from start to finish by having the right contact within each company. ZoomInfo has provided it.

Good information but inaccurate locations

What do you like best about the product?
I love that DiscoverOrg gives you a ton of company information, some potential scoops/insights on the company's upcoming projects and validates fairly well that the prospects are still working at the given company. I also love the Advanced Search feature, where you can save an advanced search that's pre-filtered based on titles you like to search for, geography, job functions and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have run into NUMEROUS instances where DiscoverOrg lists a prospect as located in California (for example), but they are located elsewhere in the U.S. or even in Europe. We've had several issues with this and it's caused us to step on other offices' toes because we're reaching out to their territory unknowingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary way we leverage DiscoverOrg is by gaining insights on companies that won't just be from their website to allow for sales teams to walk into client meetings more prepared.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use DiscoverOrg for everything sales-related for account insights and intelligence, but I recommend verifying from LinkedIn that the prospects listed are truly in the location in which DiscoverOrg has them marked. Other than that, we haven't had many issues with DiscoverOrg and typically always pull a company profile when strategizing about account outreach.
