Tellwise is an awesome Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create categories and labels is awesome..
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing thus far that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation setting. The benefit of having everything in one place is great, and having the ability to see my daily metrics and call from any phone is extremely important.

Call recordings are great! Email tracking system is top.

Chrome extension causing salesforce to lock up.

I love how it sends emails through my outlook! My emails don't look like marketing spam, and I can actually send personalized emails to multiple people at the same time!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't add my own touchpoints that I make outside of tellwise, unless I add it to the contacts information - It that added a comments or notes tab to each contact that would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending emails if much more efficient now, and this has really helped streamline the process!

I like how it streamlines e-mail campaigns and helps set up follow up tasks.

Little hard to import a excel document and little easier to use.

Good Tool for Tracking Email Campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
I do appreciate the ability to track the people I have contacted and set up full email campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that there have been instances where the emails were sent out with the formats/contact names all messed up. When we contacted Tellwise, we were told that there were some "bugs" but didn't find that out until we brought it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think organization is a key problem that Tellwise helps resolve.

I was really impressed with the automation and the speed of going through my list. I also had a larger number of conversations then I expected

The setup was a little challenging but with Tellwise's support we got through it

We are solving the ability to follow up on an expensive direct mail campaign with one to one marketing. We followed up with each recipient and had several conversations

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of sending a mass campaign while targeting your preferred prospects within DiscoverOrg. The communication between the two applications is very east.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing at this time that I have run across to make me dislike the application. The statistics portion of the application could be improved but there is nothing that I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting new candidates. I have noticed being able to see when an email is opened allows me to target my prospects with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool to help track all of my emails by syncing with my customers on our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the hot keys can make it hard to type in Tellwise. That's the only issue I've run into with using Tellwise
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tellwise has helped me increase productivity in reaching out to multiple customers and automatically adding notes to their cases. Also tracking my calls, I can populate the note field and it will automatically upload into file. It's a great tool so you don't need to reenter information again and again.
Efficient and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
I love how we are able to send out a mass amount of emails. This was something we were doing manually and we would take weeks to send out thousands of emails where now it only takes a few days to do. This was we are bale to focus out time on other projects!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if there wasn't the 1000 email/day limit as we are sending emails to 3000+ contacts so we do have to stretch it over a few days which is still better than we were doing. Overall it has helped our method tremendously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are spending less time sending out emails and more time focusing on our other projects we have going on. We have cut our time spent on emails in fourths.

Extremely helpful when sending email campaigns. I love how you are able to make the emails personalized with the 'Merge" feature without the receiver knowing it is a mass email. Highly recommend using this interface with DiscoverOrg as it is very easy to create lists out of DiscoverOrg to certain target markets then send mass emails straight from the DiscoverOrg list from the Tellwise pop-out icon.
Simple and Easy to Use Sales Email Campaign Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Tellwise allows me to create an email and calling campaigns quickly and easily. I can see what calls, emails and other tasks are happening with prospects with just a few clicks. The best part is that I can actively see when people access the stuff I email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more robust reporting features. The Limited export capability hurts the tool
