What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use when building campaigns and tracking ability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was an easier way to see the in-progress flows instead of seeing each individual email.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that everything is as seamless as a click of a button. I don’t have to leave saleforce to email, and it allows me to truly get a feel for what works and what does not. The ability to track how many times it’s opened or if a link is clicked, it is a really big help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t found anything I dislike as of yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving a lot of email tracking issues and it seems to be a big benefit to all of us.

A Mixed Bag

What do you like best about the product?
It makes launching and monitoring an email campaign super easy. You know who opens and clicks thru. It was packaged with DiscoverOrg, so there was a high quality database to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects are clunky. Worst is the local presence feature on the dialler which requires selection of individual area codes for use, instead of all being available automatically. The DO extension does not allow selection from a list in DO, it must be done in Tellwise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It means less time dealing with the mechanics of sending and tracking emails, and more time strategizing target contacts and follow-up. Calling is easier with the dialler and pre-recorded messages.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the Analytics part and the immediate pop ups that come when someone opens the mails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont think there is anything that i dislike about tellwise. I
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are basically using it for generating leads and sending out email campaigns and the best part is that there is a integration with discover.org as well.

What do you like best about the product?
that you can link TW with salesforce and no need to enter calls into SF again. I like the salesflow with autoemails. I like that you can have your daily task available on one screen
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot modify a salesflow email with minor changes. Tellwise does not allow some attachments to me clicked on

consistency and also warming up your leads

What do you like best about the product?
Having instant notification to when decision makers open emails is invaluable and critical to striking while the iron is hot!
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the list import feature but need more training and time to learn the system better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is my email being read.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's an excellent product that makes sense for companies looking to grow sales and capture real time interest.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the ability to email, dial, and chat with the prospect from Tellwise. We also like that it integrates well with Outlook and DiscoverOrg
What do you dislike about the product?
The outlook integration only works really well if the desktop has some power to it. I had to upgrade my machine to gain the speed that I needed, but no complaints beyond that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps tremendously with prospecting activities, interfacing with customers and third party software vendors.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a great product to use if you are an email marketer

Could Improve more CRM integration. For example: Connectwise integration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to send emails on behalf of my sales staff has allowed us to streamline the email marketing campaign, controlling what is sent and allowing for better tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce & DiscoverOrg integration, and the ability to automatically log activities into Salesforce. Creating Salesflows so I stay on top of my contact cadence. Seeing when contacts open the email. Easy to use interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall there is not much not to love. My feedback would be for some minor tweaks to further customize what activities are logged into Salesforce, and to be able to adjust Salesflows once they are started (I realize there are reasons why this might not be possible). Overall I'm very happy!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing my sales prospecting effectiveness and efficiency. It's by far the easiest platform I've ever used to send semi-personalized email campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to reach out to 1000 people a day to introduce our services. It allows me to do over 1000 emails within 10-15 minutes time and go on with my day. I wish I had this years ago to save all the telemarketing calls I hated doing so much.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the emails are unable to reach their destination but I suspect it's on the client's server side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to spend less time on telemarketing and instead Tellwise helps me identify those that may be or are really interested in speaking. I am able to make follow up calls very easily from the site and able to track and follow up seamlessly. This software has assisted me in improving my sales closure.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend to anyone needing to do BD.
