Zoominfo Experience Thus Far

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to customize contact searches extensively to build target lists and then export directly into Salesforce is HUGE! Im also able to update a significant amount of our existing data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some contacts are out of date. My company deals with large companies with several regional entities often so can be challenging to distinguish if contacts fall under the accounts we need them too at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Huge help to grow, maintain and manage a clean and healthy contact database.

What do you like best about the product?
Improves effective prospecting capabilities. The best tool to obtain information about companies in the sector. Great facility in the use of the system
What do you dislike about the product?
The search does not always give results when typing the company if it is not an exact match, sometimes the data can be biased if the company is a subsidiary of some other company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
verifies the correct contact within the company for real estate or higher level to go around if it does not respond.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ease with the integration in SalesForce of leads. Absolutely a game-changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing here to report - The look seems a little dated and could be a little less clunky with the UI, but by and large it works great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it very easy to find the right contacts at companies to build relationships with. All the info is current and complete from what I've seen thus far.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it, like it, love it, live it.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface and accuracy of the information. It's noticeably better than anything else I've used! One of the coolest features is that it will even show you what kind of software the company you're prospecting uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first it can be overwhelming, but after playing around with it a bit, it actually makes prospecting fairly exciting!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My prospecting time has been decreased. I don't have to hop from window to window confirming what the tool says compared to what LinkedIn says compared to what email validation says, etc., etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You want this. It's pricey, but boy is it impressive...

Opp Alerts Alone are worth it!

What do you like best about the product?
The OppAlerts. We were able to find a lead which converted into an opportunity within a week of gaining access. There support is also very good. We also really like the Chrome and LinkedIn extensions.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've only been using the platform for a month. I have found some outdated data. I know my sales team wishes that the technology info was updated more often by removing tech that the companies no longer use. It seems they really just add tech.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving by finding new contacts and contact info as well as staying on top of opp alerts.

What do you like best about the product?
Fast and easy to use and great information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need a better and easier way to import mass contacts.

Needed to find more potential clients with full contact info.

Needs a little bit of work. But overall is a great way to look up contact info.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can seearch for the exact type of person you are looking for and also it automatically pops up in my salesforce when i click on an account in my name. gives me so much more information than you can find online and way quicker for me to qualify leads.It also help update my salesforce by uploading it from Zoom Info
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, it was a bit confusing as there is so much to learn. Great product and helps me make more money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find it easier qualifies clients, provides a reason for the call as contains way more detailed information. It helps me get in front of the right people and often has a direct number to the person , instead of going through other people to get to the people I want to talk to. It also help update my salesforce by uploading it from Zoom Info
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want your sales team to have more information , faster. this is for you

What do you like best about the product?
Organization of faxes, scheduling, You are able to get metrics of who has opened a document in an email and what they have looked at. You also get notification if too many contacts have been made. Also, if you have never called a contact. .
What do you dislike about the product?
We seem to have some technical bugs and compatibility issues that are now resolved. Notes from SaleForce only exist there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duplicate faxes on the same campaign. It keeps duplicates from going multiple times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try you will be happy.

What do you like best about the product?
All the information is very accurate! I love the way it is laid out. The website is very simple and easy to use. I love that you can export a list of people and the import them right into SalesForce. This makes upload new leads easy and it only takes a couple of minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the user interface was more modern and simple. The website looks old. It is very easy to use but looks outdated. I also do not like the contact view limit of 2000. I also don't like that I can not see how many contacts I have viewed. There is really no way for me to know when I am getting close to the limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Info is great at helping our company generate leads! I use Zoom Info almost every day! One benefit that Zoom Info has is they have so much information about people. You can get their direct phone, Email, and company phone. This makes reaching out to new people easy because you have so many ways.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zoom Info offers a free trial. It is always worth trying I think. If your company is looking for a good way to generate new leads this is a great way to do that. The worst thing that can happen is you find great quality leads during your free trial that help your business. It is free, you have nothing to lose!
