Downside is inability to drill down deeper in an industry as categories can be very broad

Zoom is solving the problem of difficulty reaching targeted audience and it allows for access to email addresses and contact information

Sometimes the prospect work location is different than where he is actually based.

Zoominfo solves the problem of sing multiple tools for direct numbers and Email adresses, it gives accurate information with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo's data and capabilities are robust while providing a simple setup and configuration. Integrations are quick and easy to configure, providing comprehensive sales intelligence to all users. The customer support team is knowledgeable and easily accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can sometimes be slow to load data, and error messages are not always intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo allows users a quick and easy way to complete advanced searches for new Companies and Contacts at those companies, and has numerous integration options to provide more data where needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo Sales is intuitive and the customer support team and dedicated rep are both top-notch to answer any questions or concerns. We use the Sales portal often.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX could be just slightly more user-friendly. Tech usage data has improved quite a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead capture is essential for us, finding our addressable market. We also use the buyer intent data, websights, and scoops features - some of which we hadn't considered but were a bit of a bonus.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the new things I really appreciate is the enhanced intent data. It's become much more accurate and actionable recently - helping us prioritize warm leads rather than chasing cold ones. Scoops feature also feels more updated and relevant
What do you dislike about the product?
Overlap and redundancy in contact information is something which could be improved. Sometimes the same lead shows up with slighly different titles or outdated details. Anything realtime would be much appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales helps solve the problem of finding accurate contact information quickly. This saves time and improves the quality of leads, which boosts our sales efficiency and helps us reach the right people.

For recent data they maintain a minimal cycle to update I think they can bring it down on a weekly basis for most frequent data

What do you like best about the product?
We've expanded our Sales Team and Marketing Outreach since I last updated this review, and Zoom Info has proven to be even more crucial to our success than it was ever before. We utilize this software daily across multiple sales channels to penetrate different parts of North America, and it has helped our company achieve higher sales turnover rates across all product categories. We even have a new ERP system we're going to implement soon and it perfectly integrates with Zoom Info's CRM Tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's absolutely nothing to dislike, the ROI for this is superbly incredible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Info solves the accuracy problem we run into with our business, which being a Valve salesman, things are niche when it comes to prospecting, this is a very old school buiness where you still have to shake hands and get deals sone in-person, so having the accuracy of prospect information beforehand allows us to approach the customer with a better tactics and more competitive offerings

In some industries it doesn't pinpoint the persons locations rather the companies HQ location.

Productivity and identifying potential buying signals with intent are the two that come to mind.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it seemless to find contact information for prospects and clients alike. I love that we can search all the way down to the cell phone number if need be. It's easy to use and the implementation into my daily activity has been seemless as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is much that I dislike. I think maybe one thing would be removing anyone who doesn't have an email or phone number. It will make it easier to communicate with those who do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me in navigating the world of finding contact information for many of the prospects I am trying to reach out to. It is extremely helpful when I can find the right contact information as well as their LinkedIn so I have an extensive amount of methods to reach out to them.
