wonderful update the the UX/UI - game changer!

What do you like best about the product?
The last time I was a zoom user was in 2017. It looked very outdated and seems to have half the functionality offered today. Easier and more fluid searching with easier to obtain BI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I may not have used it long enough but sometimes the switching back and forth between companies/contact searching would be slightly frustrating. Still a great improvement from the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding out critical things like company annual revenue, company size, positions within the company, their direct numbers and specifically emails. I am currently in the Construction vertical and those pieces of information can be very hard to come by on Linkedin alone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a surefire way to upgrade your sales team's prospecting ability.

What do you like best about the product?
I can now increase my email outreach by 3 or 4x's what I previously was able to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems to be some bugs/kinks with the extension that needs to be worked out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The template creation is quick and easy enabling me to have a larger quiver for outreach via email so I can focus on my primary contacts with phone calls.

Great Tool for prospecting and qualifying leads

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best tools I have used. One of the features I like best is the search criteria breakdown. It allows for much more detailed searches, which provides more qualified information on a company. I also like that it provides the date a company or contact information was updated, which further qualifies the lead.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am very new to the tool and have not really found anything I don't like as of yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is helping me update outdated contact information within my current account base and providing new leads and locations to grow my account base. The Links to LinkedIn and Twitter for each contact is especially good, as I can reach out using those forums as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would advise that it saves a lot of prospecting time. Which in itself is a great value. You get all the information you need by just clicking on a company or contact. What they do, where they are located, direct phone number, and e-mail address. It's Amazing.

Perfect Database Tool for Research

What do you like best about the product?
It gives me full pleasure for getting contact info for SAAS products and my other needs according to specific criteria like technology used.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's cost is expensive than many others database tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting email ids and phone numbers of relevant contacts as well as it helps me a lot as technology perspective.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can't find better database tool than Zoominfo.

What do you like best about the product?
the tool is able to provide with direct numbers, board line numbers and email. Most if the information provided is right and acts as a one stop stop solution
What do you dislike about the product?
the tool needs to be regularly updated and sometimes there are miss outs. also the cost involved is high. the reachout sometimes does not reflect the contact details where the details are available on zoominfo if searched.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it provides with contact details which is very important in sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
its a valuable tool for sales people and every organisation can make use of it.

An awesome database for getting roght contact information

What do you like best about the product?
Relevant Information - One of the best databases available in market. It has approx 80% accuracy and anybody using it would find most of data relevant.
Direct numbers and professional emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Costing - It is not cheap and other databases same information at much lower price.
Some times the data is incorrect and there is no real way to get that right. You can definitely forward it to their team but they take long time to revert back with right information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data nurturing really helped a lot. We were not able to get accurate data especially direct numbers but it really helped.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely buy it if you need good data.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about this tool is the ability to look up most companies. There a quite a few options as to how this talk can be used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found that with this tool at times and extra space between words would make it hard to find a specific company. There is no Room from misspells or extra spaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this tool I am solving having to Google different companies in order to get information. It saves a lot of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool is a great source of information about companies and key people. A must for any business

What do you like best about the product?
The search in salesforce works well and its integration functionalities in a crm is top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
European data is out of date, and customer support aren't the fastest to this...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
saves a lot of time manually inputting records into salesforce, and also does allow you to expand your outreach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Grill them on their european dataset, its not great.

What do you like best about the product?
I am often times able to find people who weren't on LinkedIn and contact information that's more reliable that doesn't exist elsewhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a somewhat clunky UI but it was easy to pick up

I like that ZoomInfo is quick, accessible, consistently updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
limitations Imposed by the license type and some of the data is outdated on smaller companies

Direct phone numbers, contact import into our CRM and the filtering of results are huge value adds
