Great database. Has pretty much everything.
What do you like best about the product?
Really fantastic to see the absolute depth of data for each company. Really great! The value is in the details of the data that is provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data is mixed up with other companies using the same name. Can be very confusing for anyone. That's one thing I noticed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Really helping us with the population of important company data and knowing who's who at each company. Especially for event planning.

Check out the depth of contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
Really great product with really up to date info. Love the ability to also submit improvements. Love the ATS system integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
a few accounts are a bit outdated, but seem to only be few and otherwise very solid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
great impact on the bottomline. I have probably closed at least 50 deals with it and would continue to point people to using it. i do not think there is a better software platform on the market right now.

Great product, similar to DiscoverOrg but more rich.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to get more information on an account.
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes it doesn’t show everything . sometimes the information does not have nearly enough content. or if it does it seems to be outdated. I have had issues in the past where I find what seems to be a seemingly great lead then the information provided is inaccurate (either retired or dead sometimes or past address!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do believe aside from small issues this product is quite effective and most definitely worth it. While it may not be 100% accurate 100% of the time, I doubt there is a product better than this one. Sometimes those issues come with this type of tool, which is understandable. I would say to go for it, absolutely!

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can save a search based on industry and refine the candidates by job title and immediately send them an email through your outlook.
What do you dislike about the product?
Of course, sometimes the business email is not available. And that you can't use with outlook web.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I spend less time on Linkedin doing searches and use fewer Inmails
Good for contact info, but be careful with auto updates in salesforce

provides great contact info for prospect outreach

sometimes selects the wrong organization for contacts. Salesforce auto sync/update can overwrite and ruin correct data

Contact details are very accurate for business contacts..
What do you dislike about the product?
With any data company, you may experience some data that is outdated but for the most part, the data is awesome for prospecting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have increased my call to connect percentage by about 70% by having access to the data. I really like the native integrations with Outreach.io and Salesforce.com

What do you like best about the product?
Getting direct phone numbers incl extensions is awesome. While not always 100% accurate, it's still better than googling for switchboard #'s. Does better w/ email addresses than phone #'s. Awesomer SFDC integration for populating the CRM w/ contact info pulled from ZoonInfo, one click for user to add contact to CRM from Google Chrome plugin
What do you dislike about the product?
Like all contact info tools (i.e. Discover.org, web scraper tools, freeware websites, etc). you're never going to have 100% accuracy w/ info, but I found Zoom Info to come the closest of them all. No real complaints from me w/ them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sales rep efficiency and productivity w/ prospecting and sales/marketing outreach.
Zoom was great and I barely scratched the surface.
What do you like best about the product?
Direct phone numbers cut out the gatekeeper and got me straight to the person I was looking for. I didn't have to worry about doing a bunch of research just to have to leave a message for them with the gatekeeper.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't looked into pricing yet but I'm guessing it's expensive. Although the tool is extremely useful, I can't see paying big money for it, especially when we already have an extensive database and are filling in the gaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of having direct numbers and email addresses. I don't need several tools to do my job.

Check it out. Really great tool with the most up to date info.
Very rich data. I could even find smaller companies in the database

The access to direct phone numbers and emails for key decision makers.

The cost. I will have a hard time getting management approval for a $20k investmant.

The database is helping us identify new contacts at key accounts

What do you like best about the product?
The breakdown by country, region and type of organisation is quite useful. The fact you highlight organisations with similar names and names is very handy. Granular information provided about the company and the email addresses combined with phone numbers is quite a poweful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue is how do you keep the information up to date ? People's details change constantly and to keep up to date requires a lot of effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding detailed information about the company by drilling down to the invidual, thorough research capabiliites. Many of our users are sales people across the organisation and find it useful in their everday usage.

Fantastic tool for research and lead generation, I would highly recomend to all the future users. Discover a new world of research capabilities through zoom. Such an exciting and wonderful product.
