I love Zoominfo! It is so easy to use and it is phenomenal how it integrates with our CRM.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the tab come from the side and gives the information while I am in a contact record. That is so convenient. It is a time saver. Thank God for browser extensions!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have my own growing business outside of my regular job. I have used Zoominfo at work, but I got information on what it would take for me to have it for my business. I am a little disappointed that I cannot use it for my small business as a sole proprietor without having to pay a large fee to use it. It would be great if you could create a package for solopreneurs and start-ups where there are tiers of service. That way more businesses can use it and it will be more affordable as companies grow. Then they will top out having your full service. I really like Zoominfo. So if you created a package that is more than the 10 contact a month Community Edition you would have a lot more customers....I would be one!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At work we have not full utilized it but the goal is to use it to create better marketing lists so that we can get more traction with prospecting. One problem it will solve is the time it takes to research to find decision makers and their information. That is the main thin we need on our sales team to help us save time and spend that time reaching out to more people.

Don't delay!!! It is great so go for it.
Comprehensive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and ability to quickly locate desired contacts. Search parameters are simply and comprehensive - I like the update notification that shows how current the information requested is - No stale contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to complain about thus far...

Contacts, contacts, contacts...

Search filters are great for narrowed results.
What do you dislike about the product?
No mobile options. I hope that in the future a mobile map view will be available for field sales people where they can quickly look up ZoomInfo on any company in their immediate physical proximity.

Better qualification of pipeline prospects and contact info for DMs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look for even better things to come like mobile, field sales integration. A salesperson will be able to prospect in the field and retain a prospects ZoomInfo in a mobile map view.

What do you like best about the product?
Scoops. I leverage them for important/relevant information like mergers and acquisitions and executive movement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is outdated data and inactive employees based on what LinkedIn says. A lot of the time there is missing direct numbers and just HQ numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to refine my contacts based on persona, e.g. contacts that are involved in agile or budgeting/planning.

If you want to get strategic with your outreach, DiscoverOrg will help with that.
Super Useful
What do you like best about the product?
I truly enjoy the accuracy of the corporate phone numbers and getting to someone directly vs going through a gatekeeper.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't always enjoy when information is outdated - i.e. technologies are no longer used, people have left the organization over 2 years ago. Honestly, I only run into that about 20% of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DiscoverOrg is great at finding me accurate phone number/contacts so that I sound like I know what I am doing when I call a business. I'm typically solving staffing issues in the IT sector.

If you need quality leads and contacts, this is the place!
Reliable Data
What do you like best about the product?
We feel that Zoom has very reliable/accurate contact information (direct phone lines - which is vital for our outbound outreach, email addresses and job titles). We also like the direct integration into Salesforce and ease of updates/imports for any specific contact record.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's great that Zoom is trying to pull in more firmographic information with datanyze, however, we don't find the employee counts/size of the organization as reliable as other tools at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our SDR team is responsible for heavy prospecting and outreach, so Zoom is critical in making sure we are not only reaching out to the proper person by title, but also have the correct contact information to maximize our efforts. We have seen a much higher hit rate with the correct contact information since implementing Zoom.
Fantastic Product!
What do you like best about the product?
The organization charts are so helpful for prospecting. With the visibility into the company hierarchies and access to emails and phone numbers, it makes it easy to prospect new accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Discover Org removed the responsibility matrix feature under the Org Chart. It was super helpful for refining searches.

Enriched our CRM with accurate up to date data.

Ive used a lot of information sites and this is the best one. Has a lot of direct lines and also accurate email addresses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The locked profiles - we are targeting people outside of traditional technology roles.

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg helps me solve a data cleanliness problem that we have internally but keeping research up to date and making sure that we have accurate information for the IT sector of businesses which has a lot of transition.
What do you dislike about the product?
can be a little cumbersome to use and there are some advance features I wish it had such as understanding how much a company is spending on cloud services.. but that's not exactly realistic either.

Discoverorg allows me to not only get the information for prospects but also their org structure which is super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could sort by location. When I have to sort prospects for a local event, I'd like to be able to do so via discoverorg.

I am able to work around my point of contact easier.
