What do you like best about the product?
Opportunities to connect with other companies and people and the right software. I wish to use this more in the future but as of right now on my current project this has not been necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't believe there are many downsides. I haven't been able to use this as much as i would like to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
none so far.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Some recommendations are to market this product more, have meetings to explain the product more as most of research that i am aware is done online on my own.
An amazing tool for my career!
What do you like best about the product?
For me, it is actually very helpful to be able to look companies up by industry and location, and then narrow it down to those within a particular annual revenue/company size based on employees. It is even better to be able to then find the names of people who hold certain titles and their contact info!!! Allows me to connect directly with the person that is most beneficial for me to connect with instead of being given the runaround by the receptionist or HR...

I honestly can't think of anything right now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In recruiting, it can be difficult to talk to the people in the company who do the hiring and are aware of the benefits certain individuals can bring to their company, even if they are not specifically hiring for a certain position publicly. Zoom info usually has the email address of the person I need to contact, and often also has their direct line as well.

Just do it- you won't regret it!

We've used a lot of tools. This was the most accurate of all we've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
price was a little high for our team, but ultimately i think we should have never left because other tools just dont stack up against zoominfo. occasional email errors, but this is to be expected

Zoom Info To Close More Deals
What do you like best about the product?
It's hard to get in touch with the right people, so if I can come armed with the best info, especially the prospects cell phone, then my chances of making headway go way up!
What do you dislike about the product?
Obviously I'd like them to provide every prospects cell phone, but that's just not realistic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to have more meaningful interactions with the right prospects is the biggest challenge I face on a daily basis. I frequently get shut down by gatekeepers, and I work with customers who spend most of their time away from their desk. Voicemails are rarely returned, and email inboxes are slammed. If I can find someones cell phone, it makes all the difference in the world. Just last week I had a deal that had been stalled for 6 months because we couldn't get the right decision maker on the phone. I opened zoom info, got his cell phone, scheduled a meeting, and now our deal is moving again!

If you're looking to increase your connect rate with prospects, Zoominfo will get you the cell phone numbers to make that happen.
Information is POWER!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to see company org charts with contact information, what technology and software a company is using, and what important news or events have taken place. Having this information as you are prospecting is priceless and allows you to be relevant and allows to target the correct people. I also love that it ties directly to our CRM and I can import company and contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more step by step guides on building lists and reports. I would also like to know how other users are using Discovery.Org. What are some tips and Tricks?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to find the correct contact and not have to waste time doing research or going through gatekeepers to get the runaround. I am also able to create new prospecting lists based on Industry or company size.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is an incredible and very powerful tool but it is only useful if the user knows how to use it. Start training early and provide follow up training.

We were able to download contact information of important decision-makers that will potentially be interested in our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the process of exporting names can be a little too complicated. We were having difficulty excluding previously downloaded names from new lists of names.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to promote our business by sending out a useful newsletter to prospective clients
Outbound Discovery
What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg has done a great job finding the best contacts for outbound services. The website layout is easy to read, navigate through, and more importantly: pin pointing exactly who one may be looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, DiscoverOrg can do a better job at focusing in on best contacts with purchasing power. Today, many companies and their BDR's are looking for people who are implementing best practices and strategies across their organization. If we can find out who those people are right away, DiscoverOrg becomes more beneficial than it already is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some problems I have run into are job changes, wrong phone numbers/extensions. Although job changes happen often in organizations - keeping up to date with these betters an effective outreach strategy.

The platform is easy to use and offers detailed and accurate information on clients, prospects, competitors and more

As with any database, it is not always 100% accurate, but in today's fast-paced job market, they do a great job keeping the info as current and correct as possible

Database of small companies is not included and needs to be expanded.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create highly segmented and laser focused lists.
