Zoom is the best!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the filters. My main responsibility is sourcing and finding prospects, so the level of advanced filters helps so much.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly have no criticism aside from the max contact engagement per month piece.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm bringing in quality leads to our business via zoom.
Dependable tool for Account Research
What do you like best about the product?
1. Technology snapshot which includes category wise segmentation of software/tools used by an organization. Big data, Databases, Cloud & Data Management were especially helpful to us.
2. Technology budget, segmented by categories was again a life saver for us.
3. Contacts! One of the best features was a heady list of qualifiable contacts..

What do you dislike about the product?
Triggers/Scoops were not as consistent as they were supposed to be, and could often spot a lot of asymmetry. For example, I often saw inside activity to be either heavily reported or not reported at all.
Another area of improvement was the roles that were vacant. A small headline on who's the interim responsibility holder or replacement would be a welcome change. Many times I saw a lot of key roles left vacant or not being updated frequently enough. Interestingly, in a lot of these cases- a small web search would yield the current role owner. So perhaps regular updation of contacts is a big area of improvement.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make the most of it..Keep all the Account summaries that you extract in a folder..as you might need it later on when DiscoverOrg decides to increase its prices exponentially..

Upside - if the data is incorrect or if it's not there at all, you can submit a research request and someone will reply to you prompt with the information.

Not enough leads for mid-market or federal government

What do you like best about the product?
Save time and get rid of errors that slow down prospectingGenerally, the platform is accurate and has data that you can not find from an "about us", "meet the team" Emailhunter.io, LinkedIn search. When I dive into an organization or account in my name I like to update all contacts regularly. There is turn around everywhere and getting up-to-date roles is very helpful when tailoring your outreach. As an end user, I would highly recommend getting everyone on the same page and forming best practices on uploads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I spend a lot of time checking the information because there is some outdated info. Rare, but I seem to still check the typical searches for cross-reference.

Salesforce integration makes prospecting frictionless.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent prospecting and informational tool. Has rich information on individuals involved in purchasing decisions as well as a snapshot of the company's technology environment which is extremely helpful in my role. I also utilize the DiscoverOrg scoops to understand a company's plans and direction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to eliminate duplicate DiscoverOrg Alert emails.

Creating an plan to navigate through the Organizational Chart. Identifying people in various positions for initial contact and communication.

What do you like best about the product?
Generally, titles are correct, provides emails and direct numbers when possible, as well as the location. Able to request additional research depending on what your subscription is. They have a very good connection to Salesforce. If you find updated information it is easy to send a fix it request and you will be notified when it has been done. Scoop is a great feature that lets you know if there is a hint of a new project at a company. Very much like that, it links the leads with Linkedin profile.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contact information is not always correct emails are older format or it is many months to years that contact has not been with the company. Creating customer searches pulls in titles not requested. Unable to directly pull into tools like Outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration with Salesforce is a time saver, it's one step to have your information at your fingertips. The growth of contacts in many other countries has been a great benefit. Finding where people sit in the organization. Able to set up alerts on specific companies. Employee count is accurate and very helpful.

Able to search by company, title, country. Easily integrates with Salesforce, new contacts added all the time.

the best part about discoverorg is that it gives an in depth technology insight of the company , its IT budget its employees and gives an insight to the Hierarchy of the company

that the info is not real time and sometimes as old as few months as well which is highly disappointing

it gives my technology research a boon and a great support
