Easy to use, and has the contact data needed
What do you like best about the product?
Took about two minutes to learn. Easy to search and find what is needed. Easy to export as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all companies are present, keep working on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time savings. It takes time to find a contact and phone, this makes it easy.
I use DicoverOrg almost daily, to import contacts and gather lead information.
What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful to gather contact details like name email and phone number when reaching out to my accounts.

I wish the data was more accurate, and some accounts lack any helpful information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Looking at who reports to who and contact details, I also use LinkedIn to verify if someone is still with the company.
Its ok but there are better data sources out there

It's very easy to use. Searching is intuitive. Good customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the searching could be a little more granular. For instance, you can search for companies with 500-5000 employees yet you couldn't query 475-5000 employees.

What do you like best about the product?
Downloading and using zoominfo on chrome is a very easy way to easily transfer contacts to hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of information on lots of great people, but also a fair amount of inaccurate information as well. You just have to spend 30 seconds calling a line to see if the contact has moved on from the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calling direct lines instead of company's headquarters have saved a lot of time.

Zoominfo is awesome! It provides you with direct lines and email address for many contacts. It is especially useful when cold calling and you may know what department or title but you don’t know the person or have their contact info.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times the information is out of date, even when you you limit the update to 6months or less.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have benefited from zoominfo by getting in contact with the right person, whether it be an email or direct line to a c-level where I would never have gotten through the gate keeper
DiscoverOrg is a great tool for ABM and researching breaking accounts

The detail and the scoops. The ability to keep your finger on the pulse of prospects and current customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the packaging and pricing is unclear and most contacts/companies do not show how many locations there are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contacts for sales and marketing. Lead gen. The biggest benefit is being able to get the information you need when you need it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use this combined with an ABM approach. Collaborate with sales - share the benefits. Also keep a pulse on your customers by loading their names in and tracking the scoops.
I absolutely love Zoominfo, and could not do my job without it.

It allows my to easily find the right prospects with all their useful information and quickly export them so that I can contact them with relevant ideas immediately.

I really don't have any complaints. Sometimes the less-important company information, like revenue or company size, is slightly off, but the contact information is spot-on.

I have quadrupled the number of sales meetings I've gotten since switching from LinkedIn Sales Navigator to Zoominfo.
The problems I'm solving are how to find prospects who are in my target market who would be interested in my product. Zoominfo allows me to find those prospects in seconds.

Useful Tool for Data Mining
What do you like best about the product?
It is the ideal software for details about users' employee information. Contact numbers and contacts are easily accessible. How easy it is to use and it comes to my job to have everything you could want from such a tool. With a few clicks, you can export potential user data filtered exactly the way you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
A large part of the database is outdated, especially those jobs need updating very often. It is also unclear which transactions use valuable loans provided by the contract. this seems to be a mystery.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software is productive and useful for finding the right people and information. Direct numbers and messages are normally the most advanced and simple, so connecting to potential users is much faster. It is also effective for organizing organizational charts and keeping data for forms. It can also be used to frequently use and update your contacts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I had the opportunity to experiment with the tool and I recommend to apply it. - the software is very intuitive and runs constantly, although I rarely need to make my job easier. In my experience, customer support is always on hand to help with prices and errors in any issues.

DiscoverOrg has been extremely helpful in prospecting for my initial sale calls and emails.

The Org Charts have been nice to use when trying to understand the hierarchy in prospective companies.

Sometimes, it is difficult in finding smaller companies or subsidiaries. The corp hierarchy is better now but still hard to find some companies.
