What do you like best about the product?
The ability to find email addresses and direct dial numbers for my prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all organizations are listed, not al contacts are accurate or up to date and some times you cant confirm if its the right person or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of contact information for key prospects

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, the fact it tells you when the data was last updated, ease of filtering on numerous items, gives details other sources leave out or miss, and with ReachOut, it makes it even easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
When doing person searches, the company field doesn't just overwrite the search, which would make things quicker. Also, there is no way to search by email address, which seems to be what my sales people get right more often than the names.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem ZoomInfo solves is keeping our contact information current, from position to changing companies. Also, many of you customers have recently started updating their email addresses due to mergers and/or consolidation of branches.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use and provides most information you would need to reach the best people at a company you want to do business with.

Very little things that I dislike but I think making sure having updated records is most important

Many more contacts and leads that I canf ind, just not always up to date

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom info is able to integrate with Salesforce, and email addresses are spot on. It also provides great company information and phone numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike on Zoominfo, the only possible negative is the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo solves problems of jumping the gatekeeper and providing accurate data on potential leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you use the tool on a day to day basis to get the most for what you pay for.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very user friendly for anyone naive to the application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see a few more filter options to help narrow down searches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm trying to find sales targets (companies). The benefit is it's easy to quantify where I should look.

What do you like best about the product?
Get directly to the decision maker of any business within a few clicks to minimize your cold calls and increase the potential of making a connection with the person you actually need to be talking with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some search results are not always current but for the most part you can at least find 3 or 4 valuable people to connect with per company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maximizing the potential to close new business quicker and easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are multiple ways to search. If you’re not having luck with one option, switch to another. You can keep it very broad or narrow it down to the finest of details.

What do you like best about the product?
After using Discover.Org and Data.com I've found that zoominfo generally has the most accurate contact information for prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
In comparison to DiscoOrg, I do prefer DiscoOrgs Hierarchy and scoops. They layout who reports to who and include relevant scoops or triggers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Haven't experienced any major problems. Connecting with Saleforce to do mass uploads can sometimes be tricky, but ultimately good.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Overall zoominfo has strong accurate contact information, better than it's competitors

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo makes it easy to find the contact information for professionals you need to reach but to whom you aren’t yet connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data is outdated and incorrect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I spend less time browsing LinkedIn for the right contact and less time calling receptionists to ask for direction.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo gives us key company information that we need to target top prospects. ZoomInfo is also our resource for contacts within companies, so we can reach out to the right people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes ZoomInfo doesn't have the info we need, but that's not often. Usually the company is too small or doesn't have much of an internet presence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is helping us update our prospect database. With the information we get from ZoomInfo, we can correctly segment prospects and market appropriately.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is user-friendly to everyone and we have separate tabs to find company & contacts alone. The ability to fine-tune searchers with filters such as location, revenue, industry, HQ & Direct numbers, Mail ids..etc. we have addons for google chrome it is the most time effective on a LinkedIn page to find contact and company details.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an inaccuracy data about contacts i.e the persons left the company as per LinkedIn, the ZoomInfo not updating the data for small companies. In contact, we have linked option it's not redirecting to as per contact search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo concentrating on all type of revenue companies. we can easily find low revenue companies
