What do you like best about the product?
That ZI provides you with many separate metrics to search for individuals, companies, and groups. They make it very easy to find the proper information connected to an individual from another organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times you have to double check to make sure the infromation is up to date. (Ie. job change)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the issue of connecting with people. I see great benefits in enhancing the reach I have when targeted accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It helps, almost a must in a tech inside sales role. I would also tell them to make sure you are diligent when looking up your contacts. Zoom info provides you with many different defining metrics so that you can pinpoint the exact person you want to speak with.

What do you like best about the product?
Additional insights into contact info get me in with accounts that i'd otherwise have no traction in whatsoever
What do you dislike about the product?
The data is outdated. Prospects have left the company years ago when I'm looking from an account view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Additional connect points, direct lines, alternate emails
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use this as a reference, but reference LinkedIn before reaching out. I would estimate that the accounts I prospect in, ~35% have misinformation.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Zoominfo, our ability to not only reach more prospect but also do so more quickly has lead to some great results for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe Zoominfo works great in tandem with other resources that are much more efficient at identifying people. I mainly use Zoominfo after I know who's info I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We went from 57 dials to one answer using operators and main lines down to less that 20! That's saved us time and effort.

Track your results before and then during using it, you'll be pleased.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about ZoomInfo is that is a singular research point with the ability to dive into robust details of any company and any contact. With the ability to go into multiple levels of an organization and easily communicate our finding to other colleagues, it became a no-brainer to recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about ZoomInfo is the "Locations & Hierarchy" section isn't very robust or accurate. From a domestic standpoint it is great, but from an international perspective, there is a lot left to be desired. Another feature I think would be helpful is a more intuitive search option while in the "People" section while searching a company. Oftentimes, an executive's contact information is not needed and I want to search into operations/logistics/etc; unfortunately, it is not very intuitive without multiple filters readily available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems were are solving with ZoomInfo are more thorough strategic planning as well as more successful resource allocation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely would recommend trying! There are a lot of other options available, but the ability to input exactly what you are seeking can really save time and energy in the long run.

Lots of direct dials that actually work. Very comprehensive database and seamless integrations with SF and outreach.

Occasionally you come across bad data, but my experience is that it's rare.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to look into a company's information and quickly search what employees are there, including names. Very aesthetically pleasing layout and easy to navigate. Also, the different job functions allows me to get deeper into an account and that's something that wasn't allowed when we used InsideView. The fact that ZoomInfo has its own standalone website and platform makes it much easier to navigate on a browser, which Insideview was only embedded into Salesforce and that made it very cluttery
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd have to say the # of credits that's distributed for each person that's part of a company allotted credits, but that's understandable. Layout was initially confusing but as I've played around with it, I realized it wasn't too bad

Being able to find the email or direct line info for decision makers. Very easy to access all of that information and to understand company hierarchies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take some time to play around with the different features and navigate it initially. If you can, try to take a tutorial. Initially all of the features and buttons and different toggles might be confusing, but it quickly makes more sense.
The perfect tool to provide data.
What do you like best about the product?
Quickly captures the potential of the client and provides all the information of the same to quickly include them in the database, allows to find the right company and personnel to be quickly in contact with them, through this platform you can save the data of the people for references to futures to avoid performing this process every time this process is performed.
What do you dislike about the product?
They should update the contact information from time to time because sometimes it must be verified if the contact still belongs to the company and this causes the work to be delayed a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a tool that is very helpful in our organization because through it we can find detailed customer data that allow us to contact them directly and provide us with important information for our sales processes. ZoomInfo has helped us to improve our way of searching for clients since it does so quickly and directly and with previous processes it became less efficient and caused us to have to spend more time in that search.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend it to all those companies that are constantly searching for people with potential for your company because through this network we can quickly locate experts in the area and provide us with the appropriate data to know the contact profile. It is very easy to use and helps to directly contact customers, and they provide the relevant information of your company's sales.
Zoominfo is Fantastic
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about zoominfo is easily the sheer size and search-ability of the database. I can look up companies/industries/geographies and pull up full org charts of companies that fit my profile. Zoominfo turns lead generation into something that is enjoyable to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a huge amount is dislike. If I can name a single thing it is the loading time. When searching new names/companies or expanding drop downs zoom can take a few annoying seconds to load. That being that, the former benchmark was Zoom 1.0. The search functions of 2.0 make up for this lag
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problems solved with zoominfo is lead generation. Making sure the top of your funnel is continuously being fed with new leads is difficult to do without correct contact information. Zoom provides all the needed contact info and the resource to find new prospective companies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you can try it for 1 hour it will be enough to convince you. If your organization is has a fast growing sales or business development department zoom will likely be a good fit. To test you can search your own company and see what results come up. Likely this will help to sway you.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is the most comprehensive database for acquiring customer information. The user interface is easy to use and navigate, and the data are almost always accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software itself feels sleepy to use.
