Great Tool for Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
The information is easy to access, usually quite accurate (mostly concerning american companies) and is a great complement to other lead generation / CRM tools. You can easily identify competitors and related SIC codes and work with verticals. Accessing
ZoomInfo is easy and the tool is extremely easy to learn and use !

What do you dislike about the product?
If you are not using the company's recorded name in ZoomInfo, you're simply not going to find the company - especially if it's one that has not been updated recently. I would like to be able to submit corrections to contact information to go in a queue for validation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right decision maker is often a challenge in Sales. ZoomInfo makes that task much easier and allows also to identify the email structure and domain to potentially reach other and/or new key stakeholders at the company you are targeting.. We have definitely seen shorter sales cycles since we starting using ZoonInfo.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure all of your business development teams have access to ZoomInfo. It's a non-negligible part of Sales development. Combined with other tools related to social-media, your Sales can't fail if they work hard ! This tool will allow your sales force to contact quickly the right people at the right time ! Love it !
Essential for any Business Dev Rep
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is critical and essential in the business development role. When exploring potential prospects, guessing someone contact info can only get you so far. Guessing 20 email addresses to get 10 of them bounced back can be very demoralizing. This is where Zoom info can really help make your life easier. Get access to the right email and the right phone number in one fail swoop. If you have the Zoominfo extension while using SalesNavifator, then you are really cooking with oil then.
What do you dislike about the product?
While using the good extension, it could take a while to automatically import the contact info SFDC. Usually 60 seconds a prospect. This can add up while you are prospecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Guessing someone's contact information is the hardest part about cold outreach in sales. Knowing the right channel to reach them can make all the difference. With zoom, I know their exact email and can be confident in the emails I send.

Consider the level of cold calling/emailing your team is doing and planning on doing. The more you plan on cold calling/emailing, the more essential and critical Zoominfo will become to your team.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful things about zoom info is for data analytics and finding the write contacts for the sales teams to use it for outreach. Also the integration it has with salesforce makes it as easy as possible to sync data straight from zoom info to salesforce with having to make all these accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike very little from zoom info the only time I find it a problem is when I cant find the correct data from the software and have to go find it else where. I catch myself using a different platform if it doesn't have the data i'm looking for which is a struggle as I would like to only have to use Zoom info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Im solving the problems of finding the right person to contact in a particular industry if that is fashion, apparel, Jewelry, or cosmetics. I make an aggregated list through zoom info which helps me focus on one particular industry which is very helpful. I also use the aggregated list to find certain people in the company who have a certain seniority ranking this makes sure i'm know what type of person i'm contacting and how to formulate the email that follows.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Integrating the software with salesforce is a great addition plus all your contacts are able to be downloaded right into salesforce which helps a lot with time management with creating a bunch of accounts after scraping all this amazing data from zoom info.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how organized and detailed zoominfo is when pulling prospects. My process starts with looking up the right business and contact and easily exporting them into the other system I use Outreach. This allows me to prospect in bulk and gives me back so much time during the day to make calls, write proposals, and a variety of other tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been times that the exporting from Zoominfo to Outreach has no worked. Also if the account is already being used by someone else in my organization, it doesn't give me to quickly delete them from my export, instead I have to go back and unselect them and sometimes that isn't even on the same page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the biggest problem that ZoomInfo solves is finding the right business, and inside that business finding the right person that needs to be contacted. So many times when cold calling I will talk to the gate-keeper and they will forward me on to a person who isn't the decision maker. With Zoom, I can find the exact position I need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are having a hard time with the system, my experience is that by continuing to use it and look at all the filters and options that it offers, you will eventually find the smoothest, most efficient way to use the system and you will love it.

The best thing about ZoomInfo is the fact that you can literally find any industry or any specific job title and search the people in your area that meet these qualifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
That some of the information may be out of date or be with previous companies or positions.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to filter searches by geography, industry, and and job function; Access to direct phone numbers and email addresses

nothing that I can think of. I like all of the functionality I have used.

building more accurate prospecting lists; saving time

I like it the best for finding contacts direct numbers. It's usually very hard to find a certain person's direct line or extension, and Zoominfo is very good at that.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much that I dislike. It's really good at what it does. It would be good if it could maybe provide a full profile on a certain individual, similar to linkedin. This would then help me out with starting a conversation with a certain prospect or finding similarities between myself and them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes people still have old jobs on there once they get new ones but this usually clearly up after a few months.

Very Efficient and Effective Tool for B2B
What do you like best about the product?
The U/I is very intuitive and i can easily search for contacts for an organization. Being able to search by name of contact, name of Business, or URL is very helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the FI With Identical names get placed in the same account and so the information becomes much less reliable. For example, I found a CIO for Commercial Bank in MI, when I called that individual they were with Commercial Bank in MS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updated contacts.much more efficient than mining for data myself.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has aided me in finding the correct person at companies to reach out to in order to better complete my job and save me time.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a company as big as mine, it can be hard when people use the same diplicates as you and people get annoyed that they are being contacted multiple times. I would like if they could automatically stop people from exporting duplicates into CRM systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not had any serious problems with ZoomInfo thus far. The benefits are tremendous in comparison though. I am able to find the correct email, phone, and address of practically any company that I can then reach out to. It makes my job much easier.
Great Product and Excellent Accuracy
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom offers a great variety of data for individual person searches as well as companies. It is very easy to navigate and select filters to narrow down search results. The support staff is always very helpful and timely on their responses as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the cost of the program, I feel that it is a little expensive, however the quality and quantity of data provided do make up for the cost. Some of the company names are hard to pinpoint on the Zoom platform, so it does take a few different tries to find the exact company I am looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has cut down a lot of time lead searching and data gathering for companies. I really enjoy saving time on exporting to excel because Zoom has an easy to use export function.

For others looking to use Zoominfo, I would recommend doing the research on the product and making the most out of the trial run in order to really see if it will be a good fit for a company.
