The amazing world of prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, and the integration capabilities it offers with other systems. Zoominfo makes prospecting much more efficient for me and it gives me more time to create custom content for my prospects. Before using Zoominfo it would take me a whole day to create 10 leads, now I can create more than 25 leads per day with ease
What do you dislike about the product?
Everyone once and while data from similarly named organizations get mixed up. If I am prospecting in a certain region or state, data from other locations get mixed up with the region or state that I'm prospecting in
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is helping me confirm the organizational structure and contact information for various companies.

I work as an Outbound Sales Development Representative at Sage Intacct, and one of the most important things for me is data integrity. The more accurate the information the easier it is to do my job as efficiently as possible.

Awesome networking

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to get in touch with the contacts that one needs to. It helps me use my time more effeciently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that some company contacts are not up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting the correct person on the phone. Saving me a lot of research time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Helps one get in touch with the correct contacts. Also makes it easier who is available in the market.

ZoomInfo - Great for contact information

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is great for gathering contact email addresses. Direct phone numbers is not nearly as accurate, but I believe that will change after they were acquired by DiscoverOrg (of which I am also a user). The Chrome plug-in is also great as it works in LinkedIn and on the company homepage.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo lacked any technology data. This will also likely change after DiscoverOrg bought both ZoomInfo and Datanyze in an effort to combine the two platforms. This, however, has been a long process and we are yet to see any progress on the Integration (6+months)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am finding accurate contact information, more specifically email addresses. The Chrome plug-in is the most fruitful part of the tool, as I can add contacts to Salesforce on the fly and reach out to them effectively.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
An extremely powerful plugin for obtaining email data. It is certainly moving in the right direction after the acquistion by DiscoverOrg. If Discover Org can integrate their proprietary information into ZoomInfo while also applying the great Datanyze 'Technology' insight, I believe they could build a very successful sales tool for all.

What do you like best about the product?
the ability to get direct lines to employees for outreach. ability to search a name without first and last is helpful. Ease of search for individuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
the 'location' for the employee may be off.
Depending on how long it has been since you have reviewed a company there can be contacts that have not yet been populated in your system.
Sometimes the direct numbers are quite inaccurate.
Sometimes I know a person is at a company (verified by Linkedin), yet ZoomInfo will have them at an old company they used to work at, or even an even newer company which is unverified by my methods.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the ability to get direct dials has been helpful for specific outreach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You have the date that the last thing was updated, perhaps also having the date it was last reviewed for accurate information. May help with incorrect direct numbers that have become stale.

What do you like best about the product?
Exporting ease to salesforce. It has allowed me to spend more time on the phone connecting with the people I've found by being a clean and easy platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the info is really outdated and there is not an easy way to check if the information is corporate or franchise
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has helped my prospecting be a lot more efficient and allowed me to spend more time on the phones

Great for gathering information on larger accounts information can be harder to find on smaller businesses

What do you like best about the product?
I like the seamless integration to the other enablement applications that I use daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall there aren't any glaring issues. The one tiny bump is when zoominfo struggles to find a contact and then I do a manual search and find the person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am constantly trying to find the right person to talk to. 9/10 times zoominfo delivers and makes sharing contacts across different platforms easy and quick.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to find the right contact zoominfo will help. They go one step further and even show you the last time their info was active.

What do you like best about the product?
Exporting to excel. Think its important for companies who utilize excel to have a easy transition form zoom info to excel. its been very helpful to me and my peers. Especially when it gets difficult having locate a point of contact is not possible via phone/email. Also being able to get every form of communication is great ex; Phone, email and address. Its very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how many filters there are, as it assists me in finding the correct individual at the correct business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how you need a specific number of credits to export information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to pull a lot of information that makes reaching out to whitespace a lot easier.

Cold Calling has become Warmer

What do you like best about the product?
Real contacts that are undated. No more asking for an employee who has dies or retired 10 years ago.You receive phone numbers, email addresses and their website. I enjoy being able to search for "IT" and get all the different associates. Because you get the contacts direct email, you are able to make immediate contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any dislikes. I'm able to get the information I need. I can think of a feature I need that I don't have. Sometimes there can be o phone number associated with an account, but that's rare.
Again, i dont know what i would do differently because everything I need as a tool or a good salesman needs as a tool is there.Maybe if you could see where an employee went to as teh new job that would help. but again Im very hppy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to look at my current customers and find out their competition or prospects in that same vertical.I'm able to see a companies earnings a s a whole as a company. This alows me to skip over companies that don't have the revenue im looking for, Also, i can see new people vs veterans at locations.I also have reaped the benefits of calling someone wh is not therer and spoke with their replacement.

If you are tired of not knowing who to ask for, zoom will help you get to the right people.
