What do you like best about the product?
Exhaustive database with 90% reliability on the data

Gets logged out if more than 1 user tries to login from the same account

ZoomInfo changes the game for data acquisition

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to create and store target audience lists within ZoomInfo, to be able to continuously come back to a saved search to modify for new searches is incredibly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better way to have team members share saved searches, tags created, etc. If more than one person on a team downloads a list it doesn't show up in the other person's account, creating an opportunity for people to be acquired more than once, from each account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data acquisition, email list generation for targeted account profiles. This has been tremendously impactful when developing ABM type campaigns for targeted account packages with defined key decision maker roles.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
use the templates when possible. It helps build out your audience far faster than the manual list creations.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to search names and also see other names closely associated with that person. It has everything that I need to update contact information and also tells me how long a person has been at their company and where they were before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't always provide a direct line or updated city info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to build my pipeline per zipcode, building or by individual name. It streamlines the process and has everything located on one page.

What do you like best about the product?
the portion I like the best about zoominfo and what i use it for is for prospecting for sales
What do you dislike about the product?
the part about zoominfo that I dislike the most is inaccurate and out of date information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sales related problems, finding companies to sell to

update the information more than every 6 months

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has thoroughly built out contact info and a very user friendly search system on the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some older contacts (people who have left the company or retired) occasionally remain on the Zoominfo page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo has helped to built out our contact database and helped to determine the leadership of companies and clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The data is more accurate than Dun and Bradstreet or other lists out there by a long shot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website access is AWFUL. It seems like the website is down almost every week with some sort of issue, and if it weren't for the data being good, I would never use it, nor would I recommend it to anyone else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting meetings with clients that I didn't have access to.

Dislike the steps in order to download an excel of multiple hundred contacts.

Some problems have been inaccuracy of credits.

What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the tool is solid in my opinion. I have received some solids leads from Zoominfo in the last year.
What do you dislike about the product?
I liked the layout of the Zoom Info 1.0 Better but I am getting use to this now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting more direct phone lines and e-mails for prospects. These benefits have helped me crack accounts.
