Excellent prospecting tool

What do you like best about the product?
I have really liked ZoomInfo for having current and accurate information on key contacts of people that are in my market for prospecting purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing noted at this point. I have used Zoom Info for prospecting and to send emails and it has lived up to everything I need so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Huge benefits to prospecting - have been waiting for this tool for years - have been able to reach many contacts unknown to me in the past and secured good solid appointments,

What do you like best about the product?
It has streamlined and made our name collection and prospecting process substantially faster. It is easy to use, straight forward, and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
For our purposes, there are not major drawbacks I see at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has given back my team countless HOURS of time that were previously spent on tedious research and data collection, allowing for more focus on the things that count; outbound and sales!

I can find direct lines for people I would never be able to get in touch with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Job titles are often incorrect for points of contact
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding C-level execs phone numbers. Finding POC's not in LinkedIn sales nav. Finding direct lines for sales.

The wide and diverse portfolio of individuals, companies and the detailed data that is provided.

Sometimes the data is outdated which can be annoying at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great for list building potential clients and finding employees in organizations that would have been difficult without zoominfo.

The prospect information is often outdated so quicker updates to profiles would be appreciated

What do you like best about the product?
The extensive catalog of contacts... basically everyone in the world it seems like. Less than 1% of people I search for show up!
What do you dislike about the product?
Explaining to my team how the program works (aka scraping emails of the entire org) is not the easiest thing to get them on board with.... it sounds very scary. Try to come up with a better way to explain how it works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team had a herd time finding the contact information to our leads.... ZoomInfo allows that information to be collected with a click of a button!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would 100% recommend that you try the platform. Once you have access to it you will never be able to go back.

A good tool to ease my prospecting, but not very adapted for EU

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration with salesforce. Takes away alot of manual tasks and I can manage my pipeline more efficiently.
Provide a decent % of direct contact details and account intel on some regions like NA.
What do you dislike about the product?
Poor coverage of EMEA leads and accounts. Can be a consequense of GDPR in Europe.
Unfortunately we have to turn to a solution more adaptable for this region.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not very adapted to my region.
