Easy, simplified Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
Simple interface allows for fairly simple ease of use

Great resource to find contact information for decision makers in my module.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the extensive lists that are able to be put together as well as having the ability to export to cross reference with internal lead lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the information can be out of date and requires it to be cross referenced with other sources to verify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables me to have multiple contacts within a company in order to follow up on current opportunities.

It is an excellent tool to gather information from your sales prospects and ensure you are in contact with all of the right people within the organization.

being able to connect with the right person, saving money on creating a list instead of buying a list where it is 60% accurate. ZoomInfo is about 90% accurate.

Great tool. Allows you to target a certain industry, annual revenue, Titles.

Zoom information is a great tool for those of us in sales and also for those looking to grow their business. Unlocking the direct line and emails for Decision Makers is key to winning!

I don't have any complaints, it's simply the best!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can find anything from info to employee listings on smaller companies that other tools cant. This gives me the heads up that other callers may not have to get past gatekeepers and get tot he decision makers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish it included a bit more information on some larger businesses. With the combination of Discoverorg, they work extremely well together. Thats really the only thing I wish it would include that it doesnt currently. All the info seems to be extremely up to date, but will sometimes give cellphone numbers for main contact numbers, which can be a struggle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems were resolved by playing around with the filter options. Benefits have been amazing because I'm able to find up to date contact info on the person I need to speak with on any project.

If you're looking for up to date info on current companies, expecially smaller ones, this is your one stop shop.

What do you like best about the product?
We are software provider with a niche product. We know exactly what types of companies would buy our product and we can easily identify the decision makers and influencers using ZoomInfo. With this targeting marketing approach we are able to get in front of the right people more easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use Zoho CRM and ZoomInfo just integrated with them which makes things much easier. The integration still needs work through. You can only send over 20 leads at a time and there are 25 leads per page. So if I want to send over a full page I have to click select page and then remove 5 check marks. You can't add or remove multiple checkmarks with the shift key which stinks. I usually remove more than 5 because I commonly get an error that says something to the effect of you send so many at once that a few of them usually 1-4 didn't make it. It is also common for an error to come back and say there was duplicate data even after you told it not to send the duplicates. It would be really nice to have an option where you could limit the search results on each page to 20 (or less) until these bugs are fixed.

The name of the game is marketing and sales. With ZoomInfo we are able to reach more potential buyers and make more sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive interface, no learning curve at all. My staff was up and running without any instruction at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smaller companies seem to have less info about the contacts, but I'd say only one in 20 searches do I not get what I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo speeds up our whole process of prospect to opportunity. What used to take 15 minutes or 3 phone calls is found in 30 seconds. Direct contact information, integration with SalesForce just makes everyday tasks that much faster and easier..

The program is flawless. Helps our team out in ways we never expected.

The contact information is not 100% up to date. SOME of the emails bounce back... but very little. So really not a big problem

The least you can do is try the software. It is unbelievable how helpful it can be. If you want to contact someone, ANYONE, in the business world, you just look that person up and 9 times out of 10 their email, direct phone, position, employment history, will be presented for you to use! UNREAL

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly see a company's address and their annual revenue. I also like the ability to perform an advanced search for new accounts in my territory.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of their information is outdated. The system used isn't always accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding information about a company - sometimes information about contacts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great tool for finding companies, their addresses, their revenue, and similar organizations. The alerts/scoops feature is also nice for learning about acquisitions or what's happening at a particular company.
