Great tool for reaching new prospects in targeted industries.
What do you like best about the product?
The depth of information provided across organizations is extremely helpful when looking to engage with a new client.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be expected with the people constantly changing positions, sometimes people are not at the company when you engage them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Looking to connect with new prospects. Have a clear breakdown of the organization by function is always helpful.

They continue to exceed my expectations with their data quality and continuous refining of their data. This is the Business Intelligence Platform of choice.

For the price, I think the zoominfo data should be included in the subscriptions and not an add on.`
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Figuring out the right person to talk to at an organization was nearly impossible until DiscoverOrg.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we are able to find direct contact info for many of the leads when we usually get general numbers. I also really love the scoops section as you can find out very valuable information on what a company is looking for, which helps to spark a conversation and move it in the right direction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. The information is all broken up and laid out in a very easy way to look through. I really don't have anything bad to say about the service as it has given me everything I could want so far. Maybe they could give me a better idea of who is working on which projects. Once or twice I've called a person that they have listed and that person doesn't know what I'm talking about, or they aren't a part of that specific project listed in the scoops section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to see inside scoops on companies, and be able to find contact info for people when we would otherwise not be able to. It is helping me to get in contact with the right person. We are able to get to companies about their needs before the company begins their process of reaching out, or before they are able to search and find other companies that might block them from eventually making their way to us. I think this is an invaluable service for organizations that sell anything and everything.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Buy it! This is a great way to be able to get another angle at a company, or find companies that you've never even heard of that have a problem which you have a solution for. It is worth it!

What do you like best about the product?
I get to see into the company see their technologies, and see their linkedin. from there it is very easy to transfer the lead into my SFDC and then build a report of all my new leads created on a certain date or time and easily be able to create a call list. Being able to see the persons technologies they manage. Having visibility into the directors and who works under them.
What do you dislike about the product?
not having the ability to see someone who isn't apart of my companies paid group of customers.for a company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to create a quick call list for a time zone and easily upload it so that I can get some dials in when i need to fill an hour or so.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Careful what group set you choose since you will have access to only those leads within a company

Insight into organizations which I am targeting for my business development activities. They have the right crowd and details which allows for better targeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having the ability to explore more insight into departments inside the targeted organization. (i.e. type of systems they use, employee capabilities...etc)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to build the right target list per product based on backgrounds and employee responsibilities. I am able to reach the right person for the right product

This is probably the best tool out there to find prospects. I have not seen anything better to be able to find the right leads

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to access company's very easily. It really helps my workflow throghout the day to not have to use multiple tools. Creating accounts and not only finding people who work for the company, but also their direct phone numbers most of the time is something that has been extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is tough to be able to find numbers. That's very rare, but usually it's pretty good! Some of the info is outdated or incorrect, but this is not something that happens too often. I also could be on board with the website not logging me out due to inactivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just having issues finding phone numbers sometimes. But again, it is very rare.

What do you like best about the product?
The hierarchy of HR and also being able to access LinkedIn directly from the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very, very hard to find an individual person, (Zoom info did this well), also the corporate hierarchy doesn't always allow you to find the smaller companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can find the person I want to speak with at a company.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that when I cannot find a contact number on google or LikedIn etc.. I can hope on Zoom and find what I am looking for or better information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how its not updated as often, I have called people within an organization and have been told they are no longer there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to resolve the issue of not knowing who to contact in an organization. Being able to get a hold of Decision Makers in an organization has been a great benefit.

The chrome extension is a game changer. Every time you visit a website you are given great information regarding that company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times where the accounts have old records.

Having to do less research and less admin work to add people.

Great insights and current updates. The data just keeps getting better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of at the moment. I like everything Discover Org has to offer.

Rationalizing where to begin to enter an account. Looking at who reports to whom and all of the technology infrastructure information at my fingertips is a real time saver.
