What do you like best about the product?
The ability to learn more about my target accounts & prospects. Tt allows me to build a great case for why they need Zoom. really like the scoop emails. I love DiscoverOrg. I find it so exciting to build list, research accounts, contacts and companies. I really enjoy the integration with Salesforce so you can search within SFDC and quickly import the right contacts in the moment as you research.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a specific complaint about DiscoverOrg.. As it is such a robust tool, I'm still learning how to leverage its capabilities. I have been a little overwhelmed with all DiscoverOrg's functions and wonder how to efficiently leverage all the tools with all of my accounts and while staying organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
targeting accounts, creating lists, finding the right person to outbound too! Love being able to see people's profile pictures as it helps feel connected to that person before I try to contact them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It gives you great insight into your account lists and provides you with context on how you can add value to your prospects' business!

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg is easy to use. I was able to figure a lot myself without much formal training. The information I find via DO has been valid.
What do you dislike about the product?
The look and feel is a little out-dated. It could definitely use an update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am finding new prospects and the emails attached to the companies are valid. I have not had one outbound email bounce yet since using DO.

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverORG is great place to begin the account strategy process of collecting valuable account intelligence. Account insights will lead to improved sales engagement, making each contact within the account more deliberate and meaningful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Accuracy could be better, but it is understandable given the data source.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account intelligence, so account teams can cold call and more smartly engage an account.

Great Tool for Lead Information

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg typically has very extensive and complete information on most companies. Direct phone numbers, emails, and linkedin profiles are a HUGE plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is broken links to LinkedIn profiles that would have been easy fixes if their data entry team would have taken 1/2 a second longer to look through information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If there is a company you are trying to reach out to, it is very easy to directly get ahold of who you want to get ahold of.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using DiscoverOrg for about 6 months now and I can attest that it's truly helped me change the game in my sales career. The data in DiscoverOrg is complete, and the UI is super easy once you get ramped up. Leveraging that data can be so powerful in prospecting net new roles!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. All positive vibes coming from DiscoverOrg. Unfortunately, my org limits the DO licenses so I'm currently out of the system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using the data in DiscoverOrg to stripe client profiles within my territory and find out who the true decision makers are.

Detailed and up to date contact info. Great resource for Acquisition accounts.

Title of contacts in Dicoverorg are wrong pretty frequently.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives me the email format, tons of direct dials and other info on my target companies
What do you dislike about the product?
Cell phone numbers are often incorrect, but that may just be because they are outdated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not sure how I'd get any direct dials without it, which saves me incredible amounts of time navigating directories
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When utilizing it for direct dials you just need to take each with a grain of salt, and also confirm employees still work there via LinkedIn. Do this and you'll have a fantastic tool at your disposal

What do you like best about the product?
Discover org provides a competitive advantage when it comes to prospecting. You're able to gain all insight into a company and its hot leads
What do you dislike about the product?
I enjoy everything. I would like to see improved my accurate direct phone numbers for leads as well as an easier way to find relevant HR technology used at companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I enjoy using the scoops feature. But my overall use has to do with finding accurate contact information for prospects.

Specific customer account information and IT investments are most useful to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some information is not current or missing in areas. This is the only improvement I can think of.

I use the tool to build sales strategies and campaigns on a per account basis.
