What do you like best about the product?
-With Zoominfo, sales team has become efficient, get all the information on single screen, with rich feature such as buyer intent, signal and others, we use it extensively to pull the data and use it for demand generation, data has all the verified emails.

-Buyer intent data summarizes the need of the customers

-Event list give us the data on all the events happening around
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfos take time to load the page sometimes and you have to close the browser and restart

problem it solves: lead data such as cell numbers and email addresses

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo sales provides data that is very result driven.
Its integration works in a very smooth way.
Chrome extension.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very high in cost.
Support required is also very Less.
Learning is required to use it in complete way.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo gives millions of indetail data to you, emails, phone numbers, location, Hq, education background of a person, and emplyement history. Scoops is a rich feature for us, intelligence about company and contacts.
News section with alert trigger helping in dwelving with more contacts
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support needs improvement, they should reduce the tat for answeing the support email

Advanced search benefiting in filter contacts and company giving precise data

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo sales best part is the huge database it holds for global market, most of the other vendors struggle with EMEA data, but Zoominfo can provide that data as well. the technology landscape data has been useful for us in penetrating the account, it's one of that crucial data which helps in opening the door, the account intelligence it top most.
What do you dislike about the product?
the junk data should be removed asap, unnecessary creates issue

What do you like best about the product?
The intent workflows work very well and allow my team to not spend time prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I have to have each team member import their own contacts in order for them to be tracked in the tracker.

one of the beautiful feature added by zoominfo is quickly building the personas and target list, which provides alert and notification.
What do you dislike about the product?
they can work on getting better data for Europe

What do you like best about the product?
I like the extensive database it has and the attributes like email address, telephone number, personal cell number and you can easily integrate your soft phone with zoominfo and call the people, I start my data by exporting few contacts and start dialing from it to generate oppotunities
What do you dislike about the product?
Data's are sometimes in accurate for some region, dubai and middle east

Accuracte database for the companies, real time update wheneve you suggest contact update via form

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is a powerful tool for sales, marketing, and business development professionals, offers huge data, normal search, advanced search, and integrations with the ERP tool, the data is synced on real time basis with the crm tool. you export and youc an see it in CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
the europe database is limited, maybe because of the GDPR issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is solving lot of problem for us:
a) Quick database available
b) Any intelligence which could help in introductory call
c) integration with the crm tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like how accurate the platform is, I am using Zoominfo on daily basis, right from researching about the people whom i need to talk to, what position that person is into, C-level, Director or senior manager, in which department they are from, IT or sales or Marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Websights feature is rarely used by us, considering Zoominfo did not focus much on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to huge database wherein with Zoominfo you have no database.
