What do you like best about the product?
Finding information on potential prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all records are updated and occurs quite often on when calling a prospect and they are no longer employed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to build my own list and do research on other points of contact.

What do you like best about the product?
The search functionality in ZoomInfo is extremely useful when targeting enterprise organizations where you are looking for very specific job titles. I don't waste time looking through "everyone". The fact that I can then click a button and see their Linkedin profile is time saving and the even bigger time saver is I can click a button and add the contact and all their information directly into SalesForce. That's huge!!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times where ZoomInfo does not find a company profile because they have a different naming convention and it may take a couple of attempts to match up to how a company appears in ZoomInfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get to the right people, specific people very quickly. ZoomInfo for me saves alot of time, reduces the time for searching and reduces the time for adding people into SalesForce.
Zoom Info for prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to export contacts out of Zoom for prospecting purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to refresh to re-load a saved search after a period of time can be annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped greatly in finding leads and closing deals

I love the wide variety of information provided, the ability to build countless reports, scoops, opp alerts, and the endless amount of training and personalized assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish there was an ability to share reports with coworkers.

DiscoverOrg almost always has the best contact info for top executives I am trying to reach

Some smaller companies are not included in the database

I am now able to call into most, if not all, companies for relevant executive searches I am working on

If you are in any sort of sales or recruiting role, I highly recommend this product
An excellent tool for the prospecting toolkit
What do you like best about the product?
A very extensive database of names, emails, contact numbers (both office lines and cell phones), company profile data (revenue + # of employees), and market intel (i.e. latest company news via links to relevant news stories).
What do you dislike about the product?
The database can be out-of-date; it's necessary to verify through use of LinkedIn whether or not the database is accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm gaining massive outreach because I am able to compile viable prospect lists with names and contact info.
DO for Enterprise AE
What do you like best about the product?
It's (mostly) verified data so my bounce rate and error rate has gone down significantly. It's also easy to negotiate pricing down with their reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is a la cart, and pricing is frustrating when trying to look into new segments. You may think you have coverage of the market you're going after, but there's always edge cases that are very pricey to gain access to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of spending too much time prospecting, just to get the bare minimum of contact information. Our connect and conversion rates have gone up post adoption.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a good tool for Enterprise selling, may be overkill for the commercial segment.

What do you like best about the product?
It used to be difficult to find the contact information for key contacts at prospects. With Zoom info I can put the website in and do a search for the email and phone numbers needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't uncovered anything I didn't like at this point. Sometimes the titles aren't correct or the people I'm looking for but usually not that far off

Getting the key contacts I need quicker. Saves me time and makes me more effective
