The most comprehensive database for direct dials and email addresses
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoominfo has the highest volume of direct dials and emails for prospects I am targeting. I work in sales so I do a lot of prospecting to fill my pipeline and Zoominfo has been imperative to my success in terms of generating meetings with decision makers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The salesforce integration is expensive so we were not able to directly import leads from Zoominfo to Salesforce. So I had to do a lot of copy and pasting for leads into Salesforce which was time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to directly reach out to prospects to set meetings and try to sell them on our solution.
ZoomInfo is GREAT
What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the data. This helps me be efficient in my day. And reach the people I am trying to reach.
What do you dislike about the product?
25 contact limit for importing to CSV can be a pain. It is a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding my prospect's contact information is helping me do my job. I have saved time and seen great results with email open rates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use ZoomInfo.

Contact information is great - accuracy is very high.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little I dislike - their quality is what I'm looking for so that marketing functions better. I'm sure there are members of my marketing team that could provide something here - but I'm satisfied.

We use it for contacts to target in our database

What do you like best about the product?
I like the direct lines that you guys provide. I think the amount of data with direct lines and emails is extremely helpful in my day to day job. I have used this tool before at my last company and I have found success in my role here as well as at Datadog.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how Zoominfo doesn't have direct lines/emails for smaller companies. There is not much data for smaller businesses, like ranging from 5-20 employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of not having contact information about potential customers and prospects.
Great for seeing the accounts i my territory for prospecting.

I really like the platform to understand HQs and where people live within my territory. It is a great way to to dive deep into people of interest based on roles and seniority.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is a little out of dates especially for developers (which I tend to target). Also the platform does not show SRE or site reliability engineers which are great targets for me to understand in my territory. IF D.O had this feature it would drastically help my prospecting efforts and I would use more often than I do.

I solve the problem of understanding how many people I can go after in my territory.

I can find emails when I need them as well as HQ and direct numbers for prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contacts are out of date or the prospects can't be found at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Direct numbers to clients. A direct line to call gives a better chance for connecting with the prospect.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get rid of automatically deleting the name that I was searching for after closing out the side tab.

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg contains not only a great deal of information regarding your target contacts and companies, but also provides push updates on companies or contacts your following. Included in some of these updates is info on projects that were approved and inflight or just beginning. Additionally, I loved the feature where you could create marketing lists based on company or contacts to be used in a campaign. This list can easily be parsed by city, state, region, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many, but wish there was more company details provided. For example, financials, financial statements, lines of business, competitive analysis. Also would love industry information including business and technology trends, regulations impacting the industry as well as socio-economic impacts. For example, how the current trade war is impacting manufacturers or the steel industry or farming, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to create several marketing campaigns based on lists created in DiscoverOrg. This resulted in helping me to expand my territory within my region. Also assisted me in creating a list of invitees to events I help in various regions throughout the US.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely take a training course or two. There are a great deal of advanced features that are extremely valuable for lead generation, list creation, scoop updates, etc.

You can use d this tool for B2B purpose for finding the desired profile contact information, it is accurate and easy to use as compared to other tool
