What do you like best about the product?
Zoom info is nice to use because you are able to locate individuals within an organization that have decision making power when their contact information may not be public knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very difficult to export a csv file with multiple contacts and their information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are identifying decision makers who are able to push deals through the finish line.

What do you like best about the product?
Finding emails, names, titles, and emails while quickly synching to Salesforce and importing contacts directly into accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found a lot of missing emails, wrong contact info, primarily phone numbers, and job title.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sourcing contacts for sales calls, would be great if zoom info was branded better as well
Recommendations to others considering the product:
more emails and contact info in general would be greatly appreciated. also, if they could broaden the scope of companies that they have on the platform. notifications would also be great if they pinged you when new contacts were available for the accounts you have looked up in the past. other than that I find the platform pretty resourceful

Can be buggy at times and the record amount and quality outside the US is not great

What do you like best about the product?
I loved the UI and the ease of use. Especially the functionality to upload list to match ZoomInfo's contacts to the one's already using our tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems that the contact info is not always complete or up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to use ZoomInfo for prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the plugin will let you add people from LinkedIn and then directly add them to an Outreach sequence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think with most platforms like this you always come across info that isn't correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it very easy to find target personas and add them directly to our prospecting sequences using the plug-in.

How easy it was to import contacts from LinkedIn to Salesforce.

The lack of contact information that were available compared to other solutions.

Locating key contact information for prospects that I am reaching out to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try to expand upon the current contacts that you already have. At times it was a bit limited.

Perfect for quick prospect mining

What do you like best about the product?
The integrations with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and SFDC are essential in quickly finding relevant prospects, synching them and relevant information into SFDC, and placing them into my outreach cadence.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time to import information into SFDC takes longer than I'd like it to, which slows down the process a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly mining relevant contacts into the CRM in order to then sequence them for prospecting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for the best database to gather relevant insights for prospects and quickly import the information into your CRM, then Zoominfo is the best way to do it.

Whenever using zoom I have always been able to find reliable information

some times I was there more IT contact info but that will be only a matter of time away!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
breaking into accounts, gaining information that I was not able to before
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When comparing with alternative platforms, zoominfo is able to give more names and numbers consistently throughout. Whether looking into at mid size or enterprise size company, you will be able to get exactly what you want and maybe even some more information you were not realizing you needed.

Hit and Miss with Accurate Info

What do you like best about the product?
When it hits, it hits big time and when it misses, it misses about just as big. But this has been a very helpful tool especially when paired with discover.org or sales navigator. I also like the search feature, it allows you to easily pair down management level, job function, and many other areas so you can find the right person.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are frequent times when searching in the healthcare vertical where CMO, which typically indicates a chief marketing officer is used for Chief Medical Officer, and they are classified under marketing. There is also the outdated information at times like I mentioned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed me to fill in the gaps with my prospecting. Despite ZoomInfo's flaws it has allowed me to also find prospects and their contact information where otherwise I still would not have found that information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think that ZoomInfo works best when paired with another resource. Together they will be able to go much farther than they would otherwise on their own. No tool is perfect but overall I would say that ZoomInfo is a pretty good tool. I like it to the point that I think my job would be hindered if we were to get rid of it because with all it's flaws it has been the source of a lot of valuable information.

What do you like best about the product?
The information held on some companies is really in depth, you can find out who the key decision makers are and what department they are in. you can also see how many employees a company has. There is also the ability to see what technologies some companies are using.
What do you dislike about the product?
i find the layout rather slow compared to other sites, the navigation is also hard.Some companies you think would be on there are not, a few people i contacted didn't work there any more but that is expected i guess.Some companies do not have contact numbers Not really much else to complain about really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sales intelligence, researching companies and finding out who the key stake holders are. we also use this for email contacts for mail campaigns.there is not a high bounce rate and people seem to be opening the emails.you can also look at how much a company makes in turn over.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you would like a database of contacts, with job titles and what role they are at then this a good product. data is pretty up to date in my opinion.The pricing we paid we more expensive than other Providers we looked at, however the data is very in depth.if you are using act on then this will benefit you as we use it.
