Helpful to find new contacts
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to search company's and contacts and add them to CRM

Sometimes the information isn't up to date.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo historically has been the most accurate and highest quality database I've used as an AE across multiple companies and several years of selling B2B software. Direct emails tend be accurate and even the direct lines as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike honestly. Sometimes it can be outdated within 3-6 months if people move, but I'd imagine it's hard to keep up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying the right people to reach out at companies and finding accurate email addresses.

What do you like best about the product?
It provide us direct contact information such as email, phone numbers, Job title of many people that could help individual to reach them directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its data is uploaded by others. So dometimes job title and there company industry type doesnt match. Than you have toh check manually.

With zoominfo we are able to access direct contact information of professional for business contact and pitch them our product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its very costly so if you are planning toh go for it. Please pre plan how you gonna generate that revenue from this. Its songle user only you cant login from different pc at same time. And its highly secure.

What do you like best about the product?
With ZoomInfo I transfer information to Salesforce quickly. All data is stored in the cloud and having access to it is very easy to do. I can see who has been exported and who has not.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like ZoomInfo to make more complete information that is not only name and a company is also important to add some email, phone number. Having a mobile application would be useful. Find a way to facilitate the search for smaller companies.

We solve commercial problems because ZoomInfo allows us to know the emails of the contacts we are looking for specifically, we create a list of companies that meet our size and industry criteria. It provides us with direct lines and emails.

ZoomInfo is part of one of the best products, it is a piece that fits perfectly with our company. We can campaign by email we get thousands of data as well as information from each of the contacts. Their tools are quite powerful because they all have the ability to extract data and send it to Salesloft.

Export functionality with integration to Salesloft could be better (only 25 at a time)

Hours spent trying to manually find the points of contacts that match your target prospect. Efficiency is key when a smaller sales team needs to reach a massive audience.

I like the ease of the software. I think it is very easy to nativate.

There are quite a bit of incorrect contact phone numbers and email addresses.

Definitely being able to find peoples contact information to be able to sell to them.

DiscoverOrg is an incredibly good tool because it offers me one more solution to an excellent service to my clients and provide them with more accurate information. On the other hand, you can establish constant changes of the sales product and updates of very good contact data and this is how to have a vision of the last date of each contact which is very useful for me. And above all it offers me great ease of use with good support research. It is ideal.

I would love for SMEs to establish very accurate data since it would be of great importance. It is also essential that the contact information within the accounts is a bit more updated. On the contrary, I don't have anything more negative to say, an improvement is always necessary.

Always accelerating! Great information database to implement with salesforce to update and complete our client list.
What do you dislike about the product?
Up to date info - You have to change filters and make sure you are only searching for the last 6 months. If you don't, then your data is dated.

Less data entry to do for Salesforce, more accuracy, happier sales people!

Zoominfo is too good when it comes to finding the contact details of C-level executives

You think of a person and you will find the email and phone number in Zoominfo. You can see their previous companies, experience, domain etc. Easy to use with Salesforce. Simple user interface and more powerful when used with Salesforce.

Details of small time firms are not there.All industries are not covered. Old inaccurate data is still there and not deleted.

Being in sales whenver you see someone on linkedin you want to approach and their contact details are not there you can get it here. I can network with more people.
