Must Have Tool for Data Cleanliness and Contact Information
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is great to get the most up-to-date contact information when prospecting. The ability to provide the direct dial information to Sales makes the tool worth it. The integration to Salesforce is great for an Inside Sales team to quickly update the contact or lead information with a click of a button. No copy/paste or typing in the wrong information.
The user interface is easily to use and the search filters available are great. The 'Technology Products' filter is comprehensive and a great addition to narrow down your search or go after competitors.
From an admin standpoint, having the ability to clean and complete an entire database that hasn't been consistently maintained makes the process a lot easier. The 'Match Status' allows you to prioritize which accounts/contacts need the most attention and which ones just need a quick update.

What do you dislike about the product?
When looking at a company the 'Locations & Hierarchy' section could be a little better. The locations are nested under country and then state, but you can only view one state at a time. It is hard to get the big picture of the account structure when you can't expand to see all the locations in one view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to start our database clean-up project and will be able to enrich our data in the future. Having accurate information that our users can trust is a huge win. We are planning on using the new automation features to be able to push lists to sales instead of them having to manually search for their leads.

Have ZoomInfo evaluate your data so you can see how valuable the added information is!

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of use. Amounts of data and how accurate that data tends to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you scale this at large between reps and integrations/web hooks, the new cost structure with pay per downloaded field will make this a deep investment

Being able to get contact/company information for key accounts. Notifications based on saved searches/scopes allows you to get in the door first.

Apart from downloading CSV files and doing keyword segmentation, I didn't face any problems

The best Software for Contact Discovery
What do you like best about the product?
Since I got Zoom Info at my work, life became easy as the time to do the contact discovery on LinkedIn was saved and I could score more leads . From zoominfo we get direct contacts as well as email ids
What do you dislike about the product?
only thing which bothers when it comes to zoom is it has a single user access i.e. if I am using zoom id and give same id to my colleague at the same time it logs me off .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time is getting saved and by getting direct numbers we don't have to go through the operators.. The benefits through this software is within same link you are getting everything Job Title Email and phone number.

I have been utilizing Zoominfo (DiscoverOrg) for over 5 years now. They are the leading platform for corporate intelligence. Great UI, great data and always improving.

Nothing the platform works perfectly!!!!

Awesome Tool to hit the sales by reaching out to right audience
What do you like best about the product?
A solid product/service that makes it easy to put things together and reach out to the right audience - you want to target.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are lot of options to choose from, however I feel the software still needs to be little user friendly.

Data Accuracy, completeness of the data.
Reaching out the right audience, including the contact details, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter connect link etc.

I really enjoy that functionality of researching prospects but also automation that allows you to coordinate contact with your Lead Lists.

I'm new to ZoomInfo so I haven't really run across anything yet

I am a new user the benefits are not spinning my wheels researching leads

What do you like best about the product?
We've used a few different tools to try and get accurate contact information for prospects. ZoomInfo is far superior to anything else we've used. Good integration with Chrome and Saleforce.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
Imports are limited to the number of credit you have. Once you're out you need to buy more. But there are ways around it.

Finding direct contact info for hard to reach prospects

I wish there were filters for regions or metropolitan areas.
