Easy UI, many data points to segment off of
What do you like best about the product?
The ZoomInfo platform is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. ZoomInfo also provides several data points that a marketer can use to segment their lists (for example, technologies installed is very helpful for competitive campaigns). It's also very handy that you can append your own SFDC IDs to your ZoomInfo export files.
What do you dislike about the product?
People info is easy to access and use, but I have a harder time downloading company-level info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For ABM campaigns, we need to target individuals at companies in our target lists. ZoomInfo provides up-to-date contact information that we can use in executing ABM efforts. The best part is that all of the contact information I need for campaigns is accessible at my fingertips.

It's a great tool for both salespeople and marketers.

What do you like best about the product?
With Zoominfo, my company has been able to achieve more sales from business to businesses. The website format is easy to use and has helped my fellow coworkers make their sales. Zoominfo has enhanced productivity, accuracy and efficiency: a collection of activities within Salesforce helps reduce manual errors and guides actionable insight into sales and marketing processes, improved connect rates: accurate direct dials and email addresses enable users to increase the number of meaningful conversations, better segmentation, lead scoring and lead routing: More detailed information for each contact record permits updated and enriched leads, contacts and accounts, and consistent data environment: scheduled or automatic updates ensure that a database is always optimized, accurate and current.

With the new webinar that Zoominfo offered today, my company has been able to understand more in depth of the CCPA compliance. The objectives of the webinar were covered . The action plan for ensuring compliance throughout the year was most useful. I did not fully understand what the CCPA requirements until after today's webinar. Thank you!

What do you dislike about the product?
There has not been anything that I have disliked quite yet from Zoominfo. It has been a very useful tool for my company.

With Zoominfo, my company is able to communicate with other businesses regarding what we sell. It is quite versitle and useful.

Comprehensive Business Database with Level & Use Options to Match Business Needs
What do you like best about the product?
With what I know about ZoomInfo, it seems like there are lots of options for any size business to benefit from the database options and capabilities that Zoom provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo can get complicated and expensive quickly, if you don't know what you're doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a marketer, it was valuable to use ZoomInfo to created targeted lists of potentially relevant recipients for specific and targeted campaigns quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Study up. It's easy to get lost in all the capabilities and levels of ZoomInfo (which is a good thing, but can cost you money if you don't know what you're doing).

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is easy to use with accurate data. I love the ease of use and being able to use the chrome plugin quickly to identify the correct contacts within the company my team needs to target.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all of the information exports to my CRM. I also do not always get a search response from entering web addresses. It is frustrating not getting an immediate search response. Sometimes I need to just put the company name when it would be much easier to get an accurate result just by inputting the web address each and every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past I have used Rain King, Zoom, and DiscoverOrg. Since DiscoverOrg acquired all these tools and increased the power of their database, it was an easy choice pulling the trigger on this purchase for Crimson Agility. We are using this data to increase sales, period. This tool also allows me to quickly identify low hanging fruit of competitors of my customers that are great leads. I can also find the accurate people at the company to prospect that are the decision makers. It is interesting to be able to see the org chart within a company and discover if my team is in contact with the decision maker or not. If they are not in contact with them ZoomInfo makes it easy for them to identify and ask for these people to be on the next call.

Great ROI, one sale and it pays for itself.
Worth the money
What do you like best about the product?
I like that my team can use the data to target spend their day on targeted potential customers that meet our ICP and are looking for a solution like ours. The scoops are extremely valuable to use as talking points for the BDR team. This allows them to get farther into the conversation faster with the contacts we make.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price point is steep, but worth the investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted our BDR team to spend their day focused on contacting customers who have a better chance of closing. With using Zoominfo, we can tell if they have initiatives within the company that our product can solve. I love how this tool helps my team work smarter not harder.
We also needed a tool that allows us to find the correct people within a company to speak with. Having the org chart is a great solve for this as we can find the skip level boss and get to them quickly.

During your requested demo, make sure to have your sales rep show you searches that are relevant to the industry you support. This will give you a great idea of how useful the tool is for you

What do you like best about the product?
Typically I have to get transferred several times to reach the person I had intended to call. Having direct numbers which ZoomInfo provides, I can get to my targeted person in a fraction of the time. Due to the provided email address, I get less bounced back emails

Community Plan: I may not require direct number and email at the time, however opening up the contact will count against my 10 contacts per month

Ease of use
User Friendly Platform Providing Valuable Data
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo's platform is really simple to use while it also gives you highly insightful data. Learning and implementing this was one of the easiest parts of my onboarding. IT has also been especially useful in teaching my team how to use the platform as well. It makes it simple to import data to our CRM and keep it organized. The LinkedIn extension has made this tool especially valuable for us in being able to verify contacts as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
While understanding that no data source is going to be 100% accurate or up to date it would be very valuable to us to have more accurate or available direct dials for our targeted personas. It would also be a benefit for us to be able to have a parent account and manage/access all team member's accounts so that only the parent account could spend credits for a user or toggle this on or off for certain users. This would also make it useful to see which contacts other users may be talking with visibility to tagged contacts across all accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to gain more contact information for individuals. It links to our CRM well in that we can either enrich data or not spend credits on creating duplicates. We have benefitted from the search filters for accounts and contacts and the level of information available on the accounts level. I have also noticed a handful of titles from time to time that don't quite match what contacts may have in Linkedin or may not be up to date.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this product if you are looking for an easy to use platform that will allow you to find leads and information on accounts. ZoomInfo makes it easy to organize data and export for even those that aren't especially tech-savvy as well.

I used Zoominfo for over 3 years, and it still outshines most competition.

The price has gone up last year so I am not a fun of the new pricing policies directed by the new company DiscoverOrg.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great tool for prospection. It has a bounce rate on email that is within a respectable %.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
keep the price competitive, otherwise you may loose customers.
Better than our last leads database

I like the quality of the data and the ability to drill down in searches

Columns are not wide enough and there doesn't seem to be a quick way to change this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding better and more leads. So far we've had better luck with our Zoominfo contacts.

Ultimately, Zoominfo takes a stand regarding the quality of their data. Other providers can't say the same.
