What do you like best about the product?
Account data accuracy has been very useful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful, there is plenty of data but not all is up to date regarding contact information. Contact last seen data should be about 3 months, 6 months is a 50/50 chance of accuracy. However, I do understand that that is pretty strict and limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits, helping our sales team reach out to their most qualified accounts.

It has increased our sales team overall quality, our D&A team has been achieving goals with ease!
ZoomInfo has been great for my Sales team in providing accurate information in a timely manner
What do you like best about the product?
I like how ZoomInfo not only pulls up their phone number, but also pulls up their direct line and email to contact them. It makes it easier to reach the prospects and options for multiple avenues to get in touch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how ZoomInfo doesn't have the most complete database of contact information. Especially for a lot of my international contacts, it is often hard to find the correct information or even a phone number at all for those personas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of having to manually go through each contact on ZoomInfo and then have to transfer all their information back to Salesforce. I have saved a ton of time! With ZoomInfo powered by DiscoverOrg, I feel like the process has been even quicker and there has been more information present with the contacts I have researched.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom info is able to accurately provide important contact information for top prospects. It is seamlessly integrated with our CRM making exporting contacts a breeze. ZoomInfo allows us to find high quality leads throughout our target accounts without having to do extra work. Having a browser plugin for chrome makes exporting prospects a quick and fast process.
What do you dislike about the product?
While ZoomInfo is a great platform, there are a few drawbacks that come to mind. One of the largest is the long load times. Sometimes Zoom info is unable to pull information for companies that I would expect it to have information on. In addition, ZoomInfo often has glitches on the Google chrome extension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo has allowed my team to drastically increase our outbound efforts by providing high quality contacts at our target accounts. We have benefited from its ease of use as well as allowing us to book more meetings.
Easy To Use, Extremely Reliable Information
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has so much information available. It ranges from super small one-man show type companies to large, large mega-corporations. It's an incredibly easy system to use and the contact information is extremely accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you have to do a little more digging if there are multiple companies with similar names. Not a huge deal, easy to work around, just a little annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We initially began using this to generate new contacts but we realized it's very useful for expanding contacts at existing client companies. And, if someone moves from the company, you can search for them in Zoom to find where they went.

It takes less time for me to look up contact information through a companies website, instead I simply look in ZoomInfo in my Salesforce account

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it makes prospecting for my job. Exporting contacts to Salesforce is a phenomenal feature, and more often than not, they have they people I'm looking for in their database. It's sort of like Schwarzenegger in the jungle: "If it has an email, I can find it." I'll go snooping around, trying to find the proper contact, and when I do - boom. I can get in contact with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally bugs render it useless. There are days when the product won't load at all, no matter how many times you smash that F5 key. I mean I'll hit that thing like Rocky Balboa on a speed bag, but without the sweat and incomprehensible speech patterns. But unlike Rocky's progress, which requires a whole montage which covers, I believe, 5 weeks of training, it rarely takes ZoomInfo more than a day for them to fix their issues. It can certainly be frustrating, like chugging 5 raw eggs at 4:30 in the morning, but ultimately I think the gains are well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's not necessarily that I'm solving problems so much as saving a ton of time. I suppose that oftentimes just guessing people's email addresses would qualify as a major problem, and ZoomInfo certainly takes the load off there. Otherwise, I'd probably spend about 30% of my time just trying to find email addresses. So having ZoomInfo makes me able to spend that 30% doing much more valuable work, like finding the right contacts and their information, building deep connections with my coworkers, and making that first pot of coffee in the morning that is essential to a productive and encouraging day. So in all honesty, I probably have ZoomInfo to thank for having a meaningful workspace and an adequate amount of caffeine. Thanks, ZoomInfo!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely makes prospecting and getting in touch with people a heck of a lot easier. I would say it's certainly worth your while if you want save some serious time. You very rarely need to guess emails, and I don't know about you, but that takes a huge chunk of time in my position. The worst feeling is when you're certain that your contact is the right person, but no matter how many combinations of emails you put in, you can't find 'em. More often than not, ZoomInfo steps in to save the day, and provides you with that info.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo provides incredibly accurate information for prospecting new clients. This tool plus linkedin provides most of my data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search filters can be better as well as exporting. Sometimes info is not up to date. I wish there was a bounced email feature or no longer works there feature.

25 export limitations makes things time consuming.

What do you like best about the product?
i like how you can search by vertical or insert keywords. i also really like how it makes my process of courcing super easy by directing me towards the right points of contact at the appropriate organization it really makes sure i am contacting the right person and i am able to add people to sequences from outreach integration which is also convenient i really like zoom info and other organizations shoudl purchase it they do a really great jobb wow they do a really great job they do a really great job

i dont like how sometimes the info is outdated i also dont like how sometimes the info is outdates and the wrong titles appear which is too bad because then it makes me look like an idiot

trying to find emails and appropriate contacts. i realized the benefit of cross referencing zoom info w sales navigator. we are making sure our data is accurate and up to date we make sure we are reaching out to the right folks at every organization and it really helps to make sure im contactuing the right people it make sure imc contacting the right people it does a tremendous job

you should deinigitely use zoom info because it is awesome and it helps get you job done efficiently and affectivvely it is really really good tool and i would highly recommend it and i like how you can leave reviews for outher users i hope i can end up using this tool its really great

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Zoominfo Reachout extension for Chrome. I also love the recent updates to features/functionality since the acquisition by Discover Org.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface on the main application can be a little confusing and overall clunky, integration with SalesForce could use an update as well

My goal is to connect with leaders in various industries and ZoomInfo makes this a lot easier! I've been able to get valuable insights directly related to connecting with individuals necessary to build pipeline.
