What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is very helpful for me to identify contacts for my customer base...
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to learn more about ZoomInfo to take advantage of the platform, which would help me identify potential targets and buyer windows...

Market and company data, along with direct contact information for my customer base...

Awesome product !!! ZoomInfo has been super helpful and a joy to use. I have recently take some online webinars and I hope to start using ZoomInfo to its full potential. The only think holding me back is ME...

What do you like best about the product?
The intent feature is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clicking on a contacts LinkedIn profile and it not being accurate, there being many people, or there being nothing there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to get email and/or phone numbers of contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
The daily/weekly digest around changes and 'scoops' at the company are extremely helpful. It is also nice to have most pertinent company information aggregated on one website. The ability to find companies fitting certain criteria in a specified geography is great as well. This allows you to quickly find out who you should be targeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many tabs to click around for a company, with a ton of information but it would be most helpful to have all key information on one page. Also, information is not always accurate around technologies in use. I also feel the contact roles could be cleaned up. For example, I have found some people flagged as being in IT are not necessarily actually in that role.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo has allowed me to have a ton of information at my fingertips without having to search a variety of sources.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Info 2.0 is already very helpful in my day to day work/prospecting. I work at a hotel and it helps me prospect on where my clients are coming from and what company theyre working for. However, I did not know until I took this webinar that you can do so much on top of that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything that I dislike at the moment, as I do not have Zoom Info Powered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not used ZoomInfo Powered by DiscoverOrg yet. I am very interested after this webinar.

The ability to query based upon a number of criteria for up-to-date, market intelligence is empowering.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure yet. Need more time and exposure.

How to overcome objections and make calls that are targeted and relevant to the customer's problems.

have ammo to have impactful conversations

would like more filters, and updates even if there is any news to report, i would like an alert saying a scan was completed, is there a mobile app ?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
increased customer engagement, custom made customer responses and marketing messages, able to come off like an industry expert that has done their reseach

this is the future of selling and account mapping, you are putting your market share at risk by not using, being able to drill down and find info about your target account base and find lookalike company is priceless

What do you like best about the product?
The upside is that the ease of use makes it very easy to utilize and transfer records in and out into a CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike. Sometimes the records aren't always correct but that is to be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of generating leads to establish my sales pipeline. Without this service you might as well be calling out of the phone book.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great product for lead generation. Sometimes the records are outdated, however for the overall volume of information it is very useful. Also, the curated scoops and intelligence that it lends towards the sales cycle is invaluable.
