Great Source for B2B Contact Info

What do you like best about the product?
Contact info is updated frequently, and includes a lot of small and start-up companies. Easy to navigate and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We looked into the trade show lists, but they weren't useful - they didn't include actual attendees, just companies and maybe titles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building marketing lists. Much cleaner than purchased lists.

What do you like best about the product?
Data Quality - What else matters?
User Experience - Easy to learn the platform, create list, and use the data you have sourced.
Support - ZoomInfo has always been quick to answer all of my support questions and fix any issues I have created.
Product Updates - ZoomInfo is constantly innovating and removing little user barriers.
Integrations - with Salesforce and Salesloft integrations it's really easy to export a contact exactly where you need them.
Scoops & Subscribed List - I love that I get email updates when contacts have been added to the database for perimeters I set and subscribed to.
Training - ZoomInfo created the most beautiful user e-training I have ever experienced from a tech vendor and my company create training.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can only export 25 contacts at a time without using bulk credits. (*update* ZoomInfo truly listens to customer feedback because this has been changed.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo removes roadblocks for your sales team so they can spend their time reaching out to decision-makers, complete persona mapping quicker than ever, leverage news in their conversations without hours of research time, complete whole org campaigns, the benefits are truly endless.

With ZoomInfo 2 SDRs can do the work of 5.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend doing a demo with all of the data providers because the data quality and ease of use difference is incomparable.

What do you like best about the product?
Very extensive database. Search functions are very powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be even more thorough. Some data found lacking (although they have an easy-to-use feature to address missing or incorrect data).
Expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using for a variety of lead-generation initiatives: email campaigns, surveys, targeted cold-calling.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure the market coverage you're signing up for meets your needs. They break up their data into a lot of small pieces, each of which you have to pay separately for. Don't assume anything.

I would say it's very helpful to connect with customers and have all things in one database.

Great Upgrade from Legacy ZoomInfo!

What do you like best about the product?
We love the new interface, InboxAI,company heiarchy outline, and the complete org chart visual by department. The new filters available in the search function make it easy to find exactly the person or company you are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The change from Bomboras intent data to ZI homegrown intent product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving our data integrity problem with the export directly to Salesforce. We are also able to outline brands in the heiarchy to their parent company to prospect appropriately.

Zoominfo is the king, but for how much longer?

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of raw data that it can provide to a team/rep is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The accuracy of that data. Depending on which field you're using Zoominfo for, it might be effective and it might not. I've found that Zoominfo isn't all that effective in fields such as marketing for example, where roles have a faster/higher turnover rate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, the benefits are again, the raw data. Being able to pull company address, contact information and a company directory are great. The problem is, the accuracy of all of that data is always up for question. Depending on which space/field you're working in.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take multiple demos, and walk through the product carefully. There are a ton of intelligence tools that are coming to the space every day. Be sure and check out all of the competition before deciding!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is incredibly helpful for finding contacts in companies and the contact information is mostly correct. I like that you can also find relevant news for companies
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could search by ERP - Some companies have business applications listed but it is tough to find useful applications in my business. some of the financial data is outdated and incorrect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of times it is difficult to find certain contacts and the correct contact information - this has been very helpful for finding that information and it saves a lot of time for uploading those to salesforce

ZoomInfo + DiscoverOrg = Disappointment

What do you like best about the product?
The breadth of data is the best part of ZoomInfo. The interface has taken many of the best features of ZoomInfo and DiscoverOrg and put them together into a usable and easy to master UX.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data quality of DiscoverOrg was the gold standard prior to its merger with ZoomInfo. Now it seems that the data quality issues that have always plagued ZoomInfo have taken over both platforms. I'm hoping that the data quality will improve over time, but today it is a significant step backward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use ZoomInfo to research companies and find contact information that we use in our demand generation efforts. It has democratized the research, discovery, and importing of critical data for our sales and marketing operations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is NOT the DiscoverOrg we all know and love. It is truly a mashup of ZoomInfo and DiscoverOrg with all of the good and bad that implies.

What do you like best about the product?
We are on DiscoverOrg Legacy and our sales team has gotten a lot of use out of alerts and scoops. I'm interested in using intent as well and the team and ZoomInfo has been very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
The differences between DiscoverOrg Legacy, ZoomInfo Legacy, and ZoomInfo new platform are confusing to me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales team uses scoops and news to stay on track of trigger events such as newly appointed executives and M&As. In marketing, we want to incorporate intent data to run our account based marketing stategy.
