Great system! Find the info you need.
What do you like best about the product?
I can find contact info for prospects easily

A lot of the time the info for some prospects is out of date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contact info for people to call and reach out to. Huge benefit. I can't imagine doing it any other way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great info. There won't be a better place to find contacts that I'm aware of. Make sure you go through the trainings as you can learn a lot about the platform to make you more successful.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides company and contact information that would be difficult to find anywhere else. Easy integration into Salesforce as well making a salesperson's job 100 times easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downfall is identifying while phone numbers are mobile numbers versus their business line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I lead a team of salespeople along the East Coast and primarily use this tool to seek contacts, decision makers, and their contact details. It has become an essential tool for our workflow.

I would highly recommend for any sales environment as the information provided is updated and accurate, allowing us to do our jobs efficiently and effectively.
Most powerful tool on the market for outbound prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is an indispensable tool in the modern salesperson's toolset for outbound prospecting, and is now even more useful since its merger with DiscoverOrg, as the company and employee database is more complete and accurate with search and organizational features gleaned from both solutions to create a "best of breed" super solution. ZoomInfo is a must-have for efficient and effective outbound prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many downsides to ZoomInfo. The one I could think of would be the completeness of the data on software being currently used by companies and other organizations (specifically in regard to PIM software), which has the potential to be a very useful feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo allows salespeople to gather valuable prospecting information such as e-mail addresses, direct lines, and mobile numbers as well as job title, seniority level, and company information such as revenue and industry.

The UI and that it is very easy to use. Data is mostly correct and updated

Some records are old. Some contacts are not there.

What I like best is how much information I can grab to insure my call with the right person would be more professional.

I do not dislike anything. More information the better.

The amount of content and information I bring to the call gives me more confidence on a follow up call/conference meeting, etc.
Excellent platform for B2B Sales
What do you like best about the product?
I am truly enjoying the training's for all the different features. The work from home time with Covid is the best time for me to attend these meetings and I will be very experienced in the software when we hit the ground running. It has helped me with targeting who I need to contact and get past the gatekeepers. The running lists are helpful during our campaigns. This is a high level of research database and the accuracy is amazing. This is truly helpful for me to continue to hit my numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I dislike. The old version actually!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting past the gate keeper to get the decision maker. Having access to mobile number, emails, headquarter information and the Org Chart has eliminated this challenge.

I recommend any industry that is in B2B sales, then you need to purchase this software

Purchase Intent and org chart are great new features to zoominfo, general UI has been nicely enhanced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot integration is not nearly as strong as salesforce. Neverbounce is a cool feature but has some kinks to work out still.

Great Platform for Data Refreshing and Account Identification
What do you like best about the product?
Complete datasets and can be as granular or large-scale as you'd like. Easy exporting process and a user-friendly and easily navigable platform. Our Account Management team (especially Rachel Paul) has been extremely helpful and proactive in getting us in front of the right tools. Offering email compliance help through dedicated calls with their email compliance teams have been extremely helpful as well. With the additional of GDPR and the California Privacy Protection Act, our job as Marketers has been impacted so that the best practices of the past now run the risk of having our email account in jeopardy. Now that we have the availability of dedicated compliance managers, we feel more comfortable expanding our database and acquiring new leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many features of DiscoverOrg and ZoomInfo that are hidden unless you know what you are looking for. The Account team has been super helpful about finding some of these though. However, it would be helpful to know more about the system on weekly or monthly webinars or other videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are finding new ways to market to our current database by refreshing using ZoomInfo. By completing our database and refreshing each record based on Vendor Interest and Technology Interest we have boosted our email stats, webinar registration numbers and open enrollment counts. We also employ OppAlerts to discover new key accounts for our Account Managers and Inside Sales Representatives.

Get on the phone with an Account Manager so they can understand why you are using this platform. They have a great team full of people who are knowledgeable and can lead you in the right direction.
Powerful tool for lead generation
What do you like best about the product?
With such a large database and the ability to fine tune your searches based on your criteria, ZoomInfo is a very powerful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more financial data available at the individual level.
