What do you like best about the product?
This product will help me with valuable data to reach the correct contacts. This can help me move my sale to companies that are actually using services like mine
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found feature for this product that I do not like. The details about companies and who may be a resources for me has been really helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company is able to move the sales process to target companies that we might not have knows would use our services. We have been able to move from our normal targets to a broader range or companies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Product is easy to use. The data it provides is valuable and correct. We have been able to reach people that we would have never know about.

What do you like best about the product?
I truly like the ease of use and the overall interface. I can easily navigate and find the information I am looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything on the platform. I rarely find incorrect information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find ZoomInfo powerful, as it helps me identify people and contact information that I may not find anywhere else. I think having this tool gives me an advantage over my competitor's.

Be specific with your searches.

There is a lot of data. So to identify what you need, it does take time to get the right search criteria.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying more leads and not spending as much time going through other websites or CRM

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to create detailed and checked lists so that I am able to do research and searches better to help me sell. The service is invaluable for those like me that must constantly be searching for the next client. The tools are easy to use easy to learn. The fact that there is also a chrome plugin where I can go to a site like linked in and just go to a persons page and it shows their data is great. Being able to quickly gather leads for my team makes my job easier and my whole team better.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike, maybe I wish I had more credits to use per month. I wish they would implement the plugin for more browsers than chrome. I prefer to use firefox and would much appreciate using that as this is the only application I have to use chrome with exclusively. I wish that there was a little more figuring out how it filters some things when I am typing in the search bar. I will enter a few company names or websites and then while still being shown in the search they no longer show contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am being able to solve the issues of finding leads for my teams that are qualified and know that the correct person is going to be on the other side of the phone or email address.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend taking the classes or learning from the mentor they provide as it can be a little overwhelming at first.

Great Sales Tool

What do you like best about the product?
In my sales position, it's very important that I'm able to get direct dial phone numbers and email addresses for prospecting. With ZoomInfo, I'm able to do that in at least 80% of the cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do find there is a 3 month lag time from when someone switches positions on LinkedIn until ZoomInfo is updated for that person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding direct dial phone numbers and email addresses for prospecting.

What do you like best about the product?
I have about a 95% success rate with finding the contact information I need for prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times prospects data is not updated, or previous employer and current employers are flip-flopped. Prospect LinkedIn hyperlinks are invalid about 30% of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updating incomplete or insufficient contact info in CRM. ZoomInfo has allowed me to connect with individuals I wouldn't have been able to before. Also makes my LinkedIn searches faster as I filter by org chart, and then copy and paste contacts into LinkedIn (or go directly to their page from within ZoomInfo if hyperlink has been correctly updated).

Data aside, the user experience and workflow automation is nonexistent.

What do you like best about the product?
Nothing, really. A lot of names available, I guess?
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports can only come once a week, not once a day. The intent data does not get ported over to SFDC, so you can't add any reporting to help your sales team prioritize. They don't give you many keywords to choose from for the intent data, and their keywords are very enterprise focused. The data is not always valid (bad emails, incorrect job titles, etc).

The customer support and sales teams are completely confused. No one seems to talk to each other, and we get different answers based on who we go to. Not to mention, it's EXPENSIVE.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting contact information. The intent data is something we hoped would solve a problem, but so far it's pretty minimal.

We've been able to build our database. But you can get contact data anywhere. That's not enough of a differentiator.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Unless they give you a free trial period, don't sign up for it because you'll likely be disappointed, and you'll be out a lot of money.

Nothing to dislike - I've enjoyed the Salesforce integration and the stand alone app

Get contact info & have better insight to inform value selling

What do you like best about the product?
How up to date the data is and the ability to easily push leads directly into SF.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only being able to export 250 names per day without eating up bulk credits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solve the problem of spending endless amounts of time researching the right people to contact and the right organizations using the technology we are targeting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For companies that need access to the most current contact information, consider the amount of time (and money) that will be saved by individuals not needing to spend their time researching the right companies and contacts to call on. If you do these calculations, you will find the benefits far outweigh the costs.

The amount of information I can access and how user friendly the platform is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the email addresses are wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to obtain organization structures I couldn't bother.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
game changer, never would want to switch to anything else. You should absolutely give this a try. Hands down light years better then Hoover’s or any other contact finder on the market.
