What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is one of the best dynamic B2B database and intelligence platforms available. It's intuitive and adapts to our company's needs, making it very user-friendly and easy to navigate. Overall, it's top of its class!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had the ability to simulataneously filter by Job function and title without having to choose one or the other
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's empowering our sellers with enriched insights and improved prospects, enabling them to pursue better targets and stay informed on company trends.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is the best platform for the Direct dials. I have been using it since 2018 and getting incredible results. Verified Mobile Numbers and Emails, etc. I would recommend 100% to everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many drawbacks to ZoomInfo except we have to use a proxy to use it in my country and it's pricing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are no such problems except I have to use VPN to use it. I am gathering Leads and getting clients from it.

the subscription fee is a bit costly but I think the platform uses it to look for credible source

i encountered once problem in exporting leads thru salesforce and it kinda tie consuming to put it manually in the salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
Data Enrichment, I could easily upload the list which I have with company name and maybe person and it throws me a lot of detail about : Name Email ID cell number Title Company Industry

The signal spike also suggest us which account is qualified and who is the decision maker.
What do you dislike about the product?
Europe region data is limited, I don't know if it has to do something with the GDPR
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The advanced search of zoominfo let us find the contact using multiple criteria in the data field which narrows down to the correct personas

Great tool for boosting leads

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in 1 place and easy to navigate. User interface is clean and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many contacts returned for the same companies. For example 400 Amazon contacts but no way to limit the number of results to return.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to search multiple locations for contact info is a pain. Having a huge resourse at the tip of your fingers is a cost saver and time saver.

Effective Sales Tool with Great Data but Room for Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
While ZoomInfo has been a strong tool overall, the list enrichment feature falls short of expectations. I’ve found that the enriched lists often miss key data points or return incomplete information, making me prefer a waterfall enrich provider for list uploads. The results could be more consistent, especially for complex or niche industries. I hope to see improvements here as it would make the platform even more effective. The frequency of use in our team is high, though it varies depending on individual roles, market focus, and specific sales processes. Our SEs and BDRs regularly use ZoomInfo, while only our power-user AEs have access. Implementation was straightforward and hassle-free, making it easy to get the team up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo has been an invaluable resource for my sales role in the mid-market and up. The data quality is consistently high, making it easy to find accurate contact information and firmographic details for prospecting. The platform integrates well with our CRM, which streamlines outreach and allows for a more targeted approach. I've tried other tools, but ZoomInfo’s database stands out in terms of its depth and breadth. The search filters and intent data have been especially useful in identifying new opportunities and expanding into new verticals.Customer support is decent, but I'd rate it around 5/10 as response times and resolutions could be quickr. With that said, rarely do I ever have to actually reach out to anyone at zoom, so its not an issue. Our overseas teams (EU, UK, AU etc.) have found much less success with Zoominfo, for various reasons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales helps solve the challenge of finding accurate and up-to-date contact information for prospecting, allowing us to target the right decision-makers quickly. The platform’s robust database and intent data help us uncover new opportunities, prioritize high-potential leads, and engage with prospects at the right time. For me, this means less time spent on manual research and more time focused on building relationships and closing deals, ultimately improving productivity and increasing our chances of hitting revenue targets. Absolutely love the brower add-on for linkedin.

High Quality Company Data and Intent are a Sales Game Changer

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using ZoomInfo and its predecessors, DiscoverOrg and RainKing, for many years, and it just keeps getting better. The company data has always been of the highest quality, and now they have added Intent Data, WebSights, Engage, and AI all into one tool. As a marketer, I work very closely with Sales to teach them how to be more successful with all this data at our fingertips. I help them build it into their daily sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything, but I would like to be able to send video emails to prospects through Engage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We serve a very niche technology market and I am able to identify prospects, determine their level of potential through Intent data, reach out to them through Engage, see their level of engagement through WebSights and Engage Drip Campaigns, and reach out through Engage. It's seamless and efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how most of the information I need is in one place vs having to hunt for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all information is up to date, and it seems to rely a lot on whether someone has their information on LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would say 80% of the time, the contact person, company's revenue, and their information is listed.

So much information that is true and current of companies, along with intent

too much information the same time, if that makes sense. the filters are so awesome, but can be confusing without fdetailed training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
contacts are up to date that help me. the awards and pieces of company news helps to speak to
