Mindblowing tool for research
What do you like best about the product?
Advantage of zoominfo is that we don't need to be dependent on anyone for the primary and secondary research, we get everything inthe zoominfo, it's easy to use and implement, just assign the user and start using it. The advanced search filter helps in exact contact finding
What do you dislike about the product?
chrome browser takes time to load page, so page optimization could be better

Buyer intent data is uper useful in data intelligence rather then taking dump of the data

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has been around for a long time, it has an intelligent element of providing right customer data, the email address and cell numbers are verified and accurate, the tech stack is limited but at a high level does the wonders.
At HSM, key account management is always priority and ZoomInfo Sales OS and Chorus supports best in it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As part of the sales team, we lack intelligence and insights on companies and we are not able to draft a compelling value resons on why a company should work with us, with ZoomInfo we don't need to worry about it.
Best tool on the market for sales intelligence
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is an amazing business tool that helps our business enrich leads in real-time and find the best places to perform outbound activity. You can easily filter through options based on things like size, industry, and HQ. It also shows you who to contact by highlighting their roles and responsibilities through Buying Groups. The last part is that leveraging their solutions such as Intent and Websights has paid dividends for us.
The implementation was extremely easy and integration with our CRM and outreach tools was seamless. Our support reps, Jeff Connelly and Stephen Mott, have been amazing resources to my team in driving best practices with ZoomInfo. This is something we use everyday so it's important we have best practices around it's use.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could sign into my user's accounts to set up structures like buying groups or alerts so my sales team doesn't have to do it themselves. This would provide great efficiency to my sales team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo help us get our hands on all different types of data - from phone numbers and emails to who is coming on website to who is search our company's use cases. It is the epicenter of our outreach when it comes to driving new outbound opportunities. In a world where the cold call has become harder than ever, ZoomInfo makes it as easy as ever to have a target conversation with prospects which leads to revenue.
Zoominfo Made Life Easier
What do you like best about the product?
Since using zoominfo, I've been able to easily prospect. No longer do I need to go through a long manual process of finding the right people per account. The ammount of time i spend prospecting has been significantly cut down! Even finding accounts on zoominfo is way easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the customers information is outdated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of how time consuming prospecting high value clients can be. Zoominfo has been significantly beneficial since I can knock out all of my prospecting in way less time. Before using zoominfo, it would take me hours to prospect.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been utilizing ZoomInfo for about 5 years in business development. It's a great source for contact info, business info and intent. Paired along with the extension, ZoomInfo accelerates my day to day prospecting allowing me to immediately import data into my CRM from any website & Sales Navigator - allowing me to spend time in outreach mode. Definitely a game saver!

Sometimes the extension gets wonky and doesn't execute smoothly - the dreaded spinning Z...

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easily accessible as a plug-in, and when the information is accurate, it's incredibly helpful to my team for setting up meetings with the right company size and geographic location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Information on State, Revenue, Employee size is sometimes off or does not show up at all. Happens a lot with smaller companues. As we focus on SMB it's important to have tha data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us see a companys location, arr, employee size with in seconds. When we have folks calling or in the chat it's critical to have this information so we can set up a meeting for the proper AE.
Easy way to get contact information
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to get contacts in an easy way by just adding the extension of ZoomInfo. I use it everyday to get contact information for prospects whose numbers or emails are unknown.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contact information is incorrect and there is no way to easily report the number as incorrect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a sales person youare trying to get to as many people as posible. Without Zoominfo it is really hard to get the right contact information for prospects or to know whether they work for a company or not. ZoomInfo makes it easy to see who works at the company and gives you their contact information to talk to them.
Best tool to help with prospecting!
What do you like best about the product?
I am amazed every time I search for a prospective client with ZoomInfo, as when I do that, I get what I came there for, and it is no surprise that with ZoomInfo's help, I was able to book many important prospective client meetings, thanks to the mobile numbers I found there, and most of those meetings turned into contracts, so THANK YOU, ZoomInfo!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when mobile numbers do not belong to the person I called for, and even numbers that are out of service, but those happen rarely, so maybe having someone inspect for those accounts/companies that are out of date would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is helping me locate important prospective client information.

The user interface is intuitive, making it easy to navigate and find the required information. The support and customer success managers are excellent.

The international data (especialaly Europe and APJ) is not comprehensive

ZoomInfo helps maintain the accuracy and enrichment of our account data with various data elements that support our internal analysis. The primary benefit we gain from the platform is enhanced lead generation and prospecting capabilities

What do you like best about the product?
Helps me identify and organize my targets within the accounts I'm prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
More accurate data. Sometimes I run into the wrong number or email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They allow me to navigate my book with ease and prospect efficiently and effectively. They also give me good insights into my accounts and make sure I stay on top of my sales efforts.
