I like that the interface is very easy to onboard sales reps onto.

I dislike that there are a number of international contacts without any contact info.

We were unable to source contact information at scale before and now our sales reps have one place they can visit.

There is not much I dislike about Zoominfo.

Great Experience With ZoomInfo Sales
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of information provided by Zoominfo Sales allows us to quickly access inbound leads as well as strategize regarding our cold outreach. The integration and communication between ZoomInfo and our CRM, assist at saving time and effort. The additional features, such as workflows, allow us to maximize our time with outreach rather than spending time with administrative tasks. The ease of use in setting up the feature as well as the support provided, only added to our positive exerience. This past year, entering a new verticle, the data that zoominfo provided was essential to being able to get to market in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to segment certain industries within a verticle, such as hospitality, retail, and large corporations in food/beverage. These are complex industries for which there are the brands, the owners and the operators. This complexity makes it difficult to pinpoint the right individuals for outreach. By combining LinkedIn and Zoominfo we were able to overcome some of these barriers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In entering a new vertical, we did not have the long standing relationships. Zoominfo helped us break into the industry by giving us information to be able to reach out to the appropriate individuals as well as the background to be able to talk intelligently in the area.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used other business intel tools but my preference is ZoomInfo. ZoomInfo has the best contacts and industry intel!

Sometime challenging to navigate, but the info is there.

Getting more contacts and a better grip on organization

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is 1 platform I can have my reps work out of that integrates seamlessly with our CRM. Rather than having to search multiple sources to find customer data. Save us thousands of hours researching and more time making outreach!

There are a few things I would add/change to make the product better and I have already voiced that to your product team

It saves us time researching and helps our reps make more targeted outreach when the timing is right! Intent signals are extremely helpful in our business.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo information is update, accurate and highly creditable. The contacts that they show as hot are receptive to calls and they actuall reply as the hot status indicates. The platform is to use, and you can create cutomized workflows that send dy or weekly updates/ The training is world class as is the support if you need individual sessions. I have easily intergrated in to my weekly flow and my team asked me regularly for updated contact information.

No real downsides I am excited to see how they will use AI future.

Accurate contact information, decision makers, and update intent to buy signals
Lots of Lying, Broken Tech, and a Shit Database

my AM was really nice but nothing else good can be said about this company
What do you dislike about the product?
The contract locks you in and promises nothing, not even that the tools they sold you will work. They're buggy and break all the time. Everything I was told in my sales pitch was great exagerated. They sell you a dream, lock you into a contract, and deliver shit. The database isn't even accurate and I set my accuracy to 99.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They should be solving a lot of problem, instead they put us in the hole over $30K and we have not gotten a single response, not even someone asking to subscribe.
