their database is good with very good accuracy

their processes sucks, they want to get on their video demo irrespective of you need or not!

It's not solving but wasting your time. THey want to spoon feed you even if you know how to eat/drink/swallow

What do you like best about the product?
I use ZoomInfo constantly to find contact info, confirm lead locations, map target orgs, etc. It's easily the best source for sales intel that I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few minor UI quirks that I've noticed when navigating a company's location and employee lists but that hasn't slowed me down much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me confirm the role/location of sales leads, find new contact information, and find alternative contacts at that lead's company.

Putting it very simply, this platform saves countless hours and days of research.
It makes the research and sales process much more enjoyable. I cannot say enough positive things about it.

The only negative thing I can say, is that the tool is so massive with so much information, that it can be a little overwhelming to new users. I'm sure that I'm not utilizing the tool to it's fullest extent, but I have gotten much better with it over time. Like with anything, it takes practice.

It provides individual contact info and job title for the perspective companys that I'm trying to reach.

ZoomInfo Sales has got acurate database. Search filters are incredibly granular. Its precesion make it easier to tailor outreach and improve the conversation rates.

There has been some cases where i have come accross outdated or incomplete contact information. For these cases there is definetly required a manual verification due to which the automating the process is not resolved.

Zoominfo sales has been a big win for us in data enrichment. Its automatic updates and enrichment tools ensure that CRM always has the most current contact and company information which results in fewer bounced eamils due to which it increases the overall quality of the sales pipeline.
