What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how quickly ZoomInfo Sales surfaces accurate, in-market leads using intent data and firmographic filters. It saves our team hours of manual research by giving us the right contacts and insights upfront. The automation features are impressive, especially the ability to build workflows that trigger outreach or lead routing based on engagement signals, saving time and improving follow-up speed. Speed-to-lead is key for us! Additionally, the initial setup of ZoomInfo Sales was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lead matching can be inconsistent, especially when companies have multiple domains or naming variations. Also, some contact information can be outdated, which requires additional manual verification. The biggest impact is outdated contacts being tied to the wrong company profiles, which leads to confusion during outreach and slows down campaign execution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales provides accurate contact data and real-time intent signals to identify and prioritize prospects, streamlines outreach by enriching CRM records, and automates workflows to trigger actions based on engagement, saving us time and improving follow-up speed.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about ZoomInfo Sales is how quickly it helps me find the right contacts and company insights. It cuts down research time and gives accurate, actionable data, so outreach becomes faster and more targeted
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data can be outdated or incomplete, which slows things down. The pricing also feels a bit heavy for smaller teams, and the interface can be overwhelming at first. Overall useful, but accuracy and usability could improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
“ZoomInfo Sales helps me cut down the time spent finding decision-makers and understanding a company’s tech landscape. Instead of manually researching, I get verified contacts, intent signals, and firmographics instantly. It makes my outreach more accurate, faster, and far more effective.

What do you like best about the product?
I like ZoomInfo Sales because I'm able to pull out the extension, and it's quite user-friendly. I don't have to go into the platform to do an individual log in, which I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Within the Southeast Asia region, the numbers are not the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales helps me with a double verification layer and provides good context for the Australia region.

Effortless Prospecting with ZoomInfo Sales

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to grab contacts, put them in a list, and then just import that list to Salesforce and Outreach, and put them directly in a sequence. That makes it really easy to prospect and make things go faster. I also appreciate the integration features of ZoomInfo Sales that allow me to go through a list of people, filter them down based on location, role level, and department, and then easily select all and import them directly to Salesforce or Outreach through the ZoomInfo plugin. The setup was also very straightforward, as all I needed to do was create an account, sign in, give access to Salesforce and Outreach, and everything was integrated neatly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the numbers aren't always accurate. And then sometimes people don't have work emails on there, and that causes problems when trying to send them over to Outreach. Just making sure that there's more emails for everybody because everybody should have a work email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales helps me find accurate contacts, including their numbers and emails, which LinkedIn often lacks. It simplifies categorizing contacts by department and level, and makes importing them into Salesforce and Outreach easy, speeding up the prospecting process.

What do you like best about the product?
oomInfo has been an invaluable tool for locating the right contacts within the companies I'm targeting. It consistently provides accurate email addresses and, in most cases, direct points of contact, which streamlines outreach significantly.

I also really appreciate the comprehensive company overviews and real-time newsfeeds. They’ve been extremely helpful and relevant when preparing for conversations with high-level executives, giving me context and insights that strengthen my approach.

One of the biggest advantages is how seamlessly ZoomInfo integrates with Salesforce. The automatic activity tracking removes manual work, keeps my pipeline organized, and creates full visibility across my team.

Overall, ZoomInfo has been a true game changer — reducing stress, increasing productivity, and ultimately helping drive higher revenue performance for both myself and my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
While ZoomInfo isn’t specifically designed for locating very small businesses or individual owners, that limitation doesn’t impact my workflow. In my line of work, I’m primarily focused on larger organizations, established groups, and executive-level contacts — areas where ZoomInfo excels. The platform’s data depth, accuracy, and integrations still make it one of the most valuable tools I use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo solves three key areas for me:

Identifying the right company and point of contact.
It quickly pinpoints who I should be speaking with, saving time and eliminating guesswork.

Providing accurate, direct contact information.
It clearly indicates whether a mobile number is likely to be a direct hit, which helps streamline outreach.

Delivering daily business intelligence.
ZoomInfo offers real-time company updates, employee changes, and revenue insights when available — all of which make conversations with prospects more relevant and impactful.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to have the extension in Sales Navigator with ZoomInfo Sales because it’s right there as I prospect and helps me immediately push it into my CRM so I can start reaching out to them. The initial setup was quick and easy, like plug and play.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some data quality issues. It would be nice to have more extensive data. I want more emails and better emails for contacts, as well as more mobile phone numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales for finding relevant contact information and getting data on my prospects, which helps me prospect into contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
As a sales professional, I find ZoomInfo Sales incredibly helpful from the discovery stage to closure, providing me with detailed information about the company, its verticals, revenue, funding, employee size, and POC details. I like how it helps structure my conversations in the right direction. I appreciate the ease of access and the crisp, user-friendly UX & UI that requires no technical heavy lifting. Instead of working with raw data, ZoomInfo Sales helps me build a clean structure to secure new business, instills confidence during calls by ensuring I've done my research, and most importantly, it saves time. The ease of access and user-friendly design also mean no major training is required to get users up to speed. The initial setup was smooth and straightforward, and I would undeniably recommend it to a friend or colleague.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo sales helps in marketing automation and gathers data from various multiple sources and provides with authentic and genuine data, what the target company is looking to buy and who are the decision makers, influences with their persona data
What do you dislike about the product?
the pricing, it's expensive compare to apollo, lusha.. for us it does the best job

In the world where you are not able to source a genuine data, zoominfo with webscrawler gives you date with shorter life cycle. person, title, mail address, where the person is located and for marketers like us, it becomes easy to reach them

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the linkage to Salesforce, which was a key attribute because it told us what companies we already had built. This feature eliminated the need to include them in our search, saving credits for more strategic choices. Additionally, the initial setup was fairly simple, and they included some team training sessions for us. We also renewed with ZoomInfo Sales because they lowered their price.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found that it scraped info from LinkedIn which did not always produce the most valid contact info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used ZoomInfo Sales for buyer intent insights, linking with Salesforce, and targeted calling. It saved credits by excluding existing company contacts from searches.
