Prospecting Made Easy, Despite Some Accuracy Issues

What do you like best about the product?
I love how ZoomInfo Sales provides me with detailed contact information which is exceptionally useful for my prospecting efforts. It gives me access to direct phone numbers, extensions, cell phone numbers, and emails. This detailed information helps me to precisely narrow down the contacts I need based on job titles like operations or procurement. Another aspect I appreciate is the ease of navigation once I got used to it. Now, it is very easy to navigate and filter through information, which makes it simple to find exactly what I'm looking for. Furthermore, I find the add-on feature incredibly helpful. When I'm on a website, I can click on the ZoomInfo link and it takes me directly to the contact details in ZoomInfo. This integration into my workflow is seamless. Overall, ZoomInfo Sales has been a godsend as a prospecting tool, making it an invaluable asset in my toolbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes the accuracy of ZoomInfo Sales could be improved. Sometimes the phone numbers provided are incorrect, and there can be confusion with listings, such as cell phone numbers being shown as direct numbers or direct numbers being listed as fax numbers. Improving the accuracy of contact details, especially phone numbers, would enhance the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to get detailed contact information, including phone numbers and emails, which helps narrow down prospects by job title for effective prospecting.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it ties together ICPs and Intent for a winning combination.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the WebSights feature showed who was on our website vs just the company name.

It allows our reps to use their limited time more wisely to target the right companies and the right time.

Always solid contacts

What do you like best about the product?
My ability to just look up a company and learn the big-picture about them, e.g., Revenue, Insights, and FTEs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information is off or VERY old. I've called some people and they tell me, "Dude, John hasn't worked here in 5 years." I'm like, WHAT?! HA! Not a good sign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, ability to just get on and find the right SMB information, whether it's fully up to date or not - it's still very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to find prospects contacts info, and also how easily it is to transfer to the sales force account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some email addresses and phone numbers are inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving how I get the correct phone numbers and emails from prospects I am trying to reach. They also send out a weekly zoominfo signal stating which of my prospects are researching staffing or are going through mergers.

What do you like best about the product?
I have really enjoyed using Zoominfo in my sales role. I am able to find so many new contacts to be able to reach out, and some of these new contacts have been able to get some amazing leads on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think something that is hard, is that some information is not super up to date. So I have to go check on linkedin most times just to confirm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to find new contacts on a daily on it, and it is benefiting me by getting into new accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about ZoomInfo Sales is its comprehensive and up-to-date database of leads and companies. It’s easy to search, filter, and segment based on specific criteria, which helps streamline the prospecting process. What I dislike about ZoomInfo Sales is that some of the contact information can occasionally be outdated or inaccurate, which requires additional verification. The pricing can also be high for smaller teams, and there’s a bit of a learning curve when first navigating all of its features.

ZoomInfo Sales helps solve the challenge of finding accurate, targeted prospect information quickly. By providing detailed company insights, verified contact data, and advanced filtering tools, it reduces the time spent on manual research and increases the efficiency of outreach efforts.
