Exceptional Content Clarity, But UI Could Be More User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The clarity of content that is presented on the interface is extraordinary. The accuracy is pinpoint as well.

The user interface can be more user friendly, in terms of accessing the plugin or the extension
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to understand the techstack of a given organization before I get into my sales call, this helps me speak with clarity with my customers on their ongoing challenges and how they can leverage the solution that I am presenting to them.
An excellent solution for SDRs in every vertical
What do you like best about the product?
The solution has different features that I really like: the interface, the easy-to-use configuration, but the one I enjoy the most is the vast list of filters it offers to be more precise with he search.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would suggest is having the option of more differentiators of possible duplicate leads when exporting to another tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem is the generation of leads in bulk. Before this tool, my team and I had to find leads the "Old way", manually, and it was taking too much of our daily time. Now we can just export multiple leads at the same time, with accurate information and even use the intent feature to find people who are actively looking for services like the ones we offer.

I’ve been able to streamline outreach by accessing verified contact details, including direct dials and email addresses, which significantly improves response rates.

What do you dislike about the product?
I find that sometimes the contact information is old. Occasionally, I call a customer who no longer works at the company or has not worked there for several years. In one instance, I came across contact information for an individual who had passed away seven or eight years ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to find new clients, access detailed and relevant customer information, utilize intent data for targeted outreach, and keep updated on target accounts, significantly enhancing my customer engagement and sales effectiveness.

Easy to use. Easy to locate information on prospective new leads. Easy to research relevant content on prospective companies.

The information is sometimes not up to date with contacts no longer with a prospective company. However, this is a rarity.

What I really like about ZoomInfo Sales is how it makes finding the right contacts and reaching out to them so easy—everything I need is in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the volume of data can be overwhelming, and it can take time to filter out the most relevant contacts. A bit more customization in search and alert options would make it even more efficient.

ZoomInfo Sales helps solve the problem of finding accurate, up-to-date contact and company information quickly. It streamlines prospecting by allowing me to identify the right leads, segment accounts effectively, and engage with personalized outreach. This benefits me by saving time, improving efficiency, and increasing the quality of my sales pipeline.

Wouldn't say there is anything to dislike about the tool. Some contact information can be incorrect, but Zoom usually does a good job at getting updates out quickly.

Assisting in finding accurate contact information that may or may not be in out current Salesforce database.

Highly Useful for Targeted Recruiting, Needs Better Search Functionality
What do you like best about the product?
I find ZoomInfo Sales to be valuable in providing insights into company org charts, which is strategically important for locating specific industry professionals. Its ability to pull accurate contact information, including phone numbers of senior and mid-level leaders, enhances my recruitment efforts by allowing direct communication and yielding a high response rate. The tool has proven to be very useful in identifying and connecting with the right individuals quickly. Additionally, setting up ZoomInfo was straightforward, which made the transition smooth as I could start using it effectively after a brief introduction. I would say the ease of use and the specific functionalities are the main reasons I continue to find ZoomInfo beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the search feature for finding people could be a bit better. Sometimes I'll search for someone in the search bar and they won't show up, making it tricky to actually find these people who are easily found on LinkedIn. The way I search for people on LinkedIn is not congruent with how I for search people in ZoomInfo. This can be a bit clunky and difficult to track the same person down. It would be cool if I could grab a LinkedIn profile link, copy-paste it into the search bar on ZoomInfo, hit search, and then find that person, but I don't think is a feature currently.

I find ZoomInfo Sales invaluable for accessing accurate contact and org chart data, particularly for hard-to-reach senior roles, which boosts my response rates.
