Accurate Data and Helpful Insights for my Sales Team
What do you like best about the product?
I directly integrated Zoominfo Sales with my CRM, so that i can push any leads without manual work, this helps in saving my time. And also the accuracy of the data are better comparing other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Pricing is higher according to me, this makes the smaller sales team to afford.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously my sales team need to research companies leads and their information, that too sometimes we are able to get the wrong data also. After moving to zoominfo sales, it helps our sales team to reduce their manual work and making the outreach faster for better connection rates.

The latest enhancements and platform updates have been a big step forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more integrations for various CRMs vs. having to do an API build

We needed a reliable source to build out our ICP and working with Zoominfo, we were able to build out a comprehensive TAM with the data.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and simplicity. I love the fact that I could also export directly to my crm without issues. It was also very easy to get everything started. It easily integrated into my Zoho crm. The customer support is very responsive and I use the product nearly every day for work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing off the top of my head, just that sometimes the number in the system for someone is not up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me get in front of the right people. It helps me to get around problematic front desk obstacles.
Overpriced with Comparable Data Quality to Competitors
What do you like best about the product?
I like that ZoomInfo Sales provides a feed of insights for companies I am tracking and does a good job tracking website visitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Waaayyyy overpriced and under-featured. Their sales team touts their superior data quality but it does not appear to be measurably better in any way. Compared to Apollo, ZoomInfo lacks built-in email sequencing, a lot of the AI research capabilities, and a bunch of other functionality. Their AI emailer is a joke -- it generates the same bland content every time. I don't see myself purchasing ZoomInfo Sales again and would cancel my contract if I could.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with targeting people and companies to find the right person to engage with. But it doesn't significantly impact my sales strategy and is overpriced compared to alternatives like Apollo.
Excellent contact database
What do you like best about the product?
The application's bulk upload features and overall ease of use stand out to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform does not allow you to use LinkedIn profiles as a matching criterion during bulk uploads, which is disappointing. Additionally, I have noticed that the revenue figures for certain companies are outdated and sometimes inaccurate.

This tool has been instrumental in allowing us to connect with our market research participants within the financial industry.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the Signals and ZoomIntent features, as they provide valuable insights into which companies are showing interest in specific buying triggers and keywords that can be searched. Additionally, it's convenient that you can have these updated lists sent directly to your email.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems that the quality of contact data is becoming more of a problem. Lately, I have been encountering contacts who have not been with the organization for years, as well as phone numbers that are completely inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been useful for discovering additional contacts, and ZoomIntent has assisted in identifying prospective accounts that show important buying signals.
Good data in the US, EMEA could be improved
What do you like best about the product?
Our business development team in North America has been using ZoomInfo for years. They use it every day while prospecting and it helps them to directly find the contact information of the prospects (direct email and mobile phones). It's crucial for our BDR's to reach these prospects quickly and easily, without having to go through the HQ and facing a gatekeeper.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our BDR team in EMEA and APAC used to work with ZoomInfo, but we after 2 years we came to the conclusion that the amount of direct emails and mobile phones, compared to North America, is low in EMEA and APAC. There were simply a lot of prospects that using ZoomInfo we couldn't find the direct contact information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our North American BDR teams use it every day to find the direct email addresses and direct mobile phones of the prospects that we target, all director or c-level. It helps us a lot because it makes it easier for us to get into contact with them and start our deal cycles. Without a tool such as ZoomInfo we'd have to call the HQ number of our target accounts, and most likely face a gatekeeper. This would make our sales cycles much longer, which would be a problem.
Great List Building tool
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to get most contact data in the shortest amount of time. The UI is great and it is east to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the contact data is not correct. This happens 3 out of 10 times. So this is something that bothers me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to use lead level data like buyer intent to shortlist the contacts that I want to go after and with the data I get out, I am able to have more conversations.
Very useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I can get a lot of important information about enterprise companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very less information available for smaller companies and the contacts are also wrongly regsitered.

It helps me in extracting large amount of leads and gives information about the account.
