Mostly still good
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the Signals and ZoomIntent features, as they provide valuable insights into which companies are showing interest in specific buying triggers and keywords that can be searched. Additionally, it's convenient that you can have these updated lists sent directly to your email.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems that the quality of contact data is becoming more of a problem. Lately, I have been encountering contacts who have not been with the organization for years, as well as phone numbers that are completely inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been useful for discovering additional contacts, and ZoomIntent has assisted in identifying prospective accounts that show important buying signals.
Good data in the US, EMEA could be improved
What do you like best about the product?
Our business development team in North America has been using ZoomInfo for years. They use it every day while prospecting and it helps them to directly find the contact information of the prospects (direct email and mobile phones). It's crucial for our BDR's to reach these prospects quickly and easily, without having to go through the HQ and facing a gatekeeper.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our BDR team in EMEA and APAC used to work with ZoomInfo, but we after 2 years we came to the conclusion that the amount of direct emails and mobile phones, compared to North America, is low in EMEA and APAC. There were simply a lot of prospects that using ZoomInfo we couldn't find the direct contact information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our North American BDR teams use it every day to find the direct email addresses and direct mobile phones of the prospects that we target, all director or c-level. It helps us a lot because it makes it easier for us to get into contact with them and start our deal cycles. Without a tool such as ZoomInfo we'd have to call the HQ number of our target accounts, and most likely face a gatekeeper. This would make our sales cycles much longer, which would be a problem.
Great List Building tool
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to get most contact data in the shortest amount of time. The UI is great and it is east to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the contact data is not correct. This happens 3 out of 10 times. So this is something that bothers me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to use lead level data like buyer intent to shortlist the contacts that I want to go after and with the data I get out, I am able to have more conversations.
Very useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I can get a lot of important information about enterprise companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very less information available for smaller companies and the contacts are also wrongly regsitered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me in extracting large amount of leads and gives information about the account.
ZoomInfo Sales just made my life as an SDR way easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has definitely made my life as an SDR easier since I get to speak with Decision Makers quicker and has helped me land active jobs for the client I'm working for, get more accurate information and have accurate context of businesses when I call to talk to the right people. All I need sometimes is a name, an email, or just the business name or link. There are so many options I can use to get to the right people, that if I don't have one, I can just use another and still get the right information. Once I got everything, one click is enough to send it to my CRM, so it enhances the time I use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when filtering I might miss valuable information, but only when using too many filters, so possibly is just my ignorance on how to properly use them. Other than that, no complaints
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting to decision makers. Most of the times without zoominfo, is nearly impossible talking to the right people. With zoominfo all I gotta do is find them and just hit one button to call.

One of the downsides of using ZoomInfo is that a lot of the information can be outdated. For example, some stakeholders listed may have left the company years ago or even retired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main issues that ZoomInfo is helping us address is the lack of quality leads from other sources. This has been beneficial for our business, as it allows us to expand our reach and connect with more potential clients.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales helps us to take the company profiles and their details for our business increase purpose which is easy for us to get data and have contact informations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few time ZoomInfo Sales provide wrong informations which would affect the business.

ZoomInfo Sales solve the problem by providing the contact information of specific top person of company and so that we benefit by getting project demos and further process.
An essential for lead gen
What do you like best about the product?
Overall it has one of the best lead quality, search functions and easy straightforward to use. Thanks to the account manager our support is responsive and constant. As we use it every day it is crucial for us to be a top performing tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Linkedin contact info and phone numbers are not very reliable around 50% of the time, when it comes to account or prospect data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our team to quickly and easily gather and transfer prospect contact info, even search for intent data which is greatly benefiting the workflow and thanks for the integrations, saves time transferring data.
High impact prospecting, limited flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
The platform's data enrichment and segmentation capabilities are particularly impressive. It is not just about having access to contact information it is about having accurate real-time intelligence that integrates well with existing CRM workflows. It has got to streamline prospecting with precision. Knowing when a customer is actively researching a solution in my space allows for timely outreach which can significantly improve conversion rates. I can target leads based on very specific criteria which helps the sales teams avoid wasting cycles on low-fit prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
i would like more flexibility in how data is exported and visualized. built in reporting tools are decent but they don't always support the kind of custom metrics or dashboards that my tech team might need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In-house platform records were stale, contacts had moved roles companies had restructured and i had no automated way to keep data fresh. With zoominfo's enrichment tool i can automatically update contact and company record, it sync the change in moves to new roles ensuring the outreach stays relevant and timely.
When you need to get in touch with the right people, this is the tool.

Lots of ways to search for data, companies, contacts, etc.

On occasion, contact into isn't up to date.
