What do you like best about the product?
emSigner offers a secure and efficient way to digitally sign documents, significantly reducing turnaround time for approvals. I particularly appreciate the seamless integration with existing systems like ERP and SharePoint. The user interface is also great, making it easy for non-technical users to adopt.
What do you dislike about the product?
While emSigner is generally effective, the initial integration with our ERP system (Dynamics 365 Business Central) was quite challenging. There was limited documentation and customization support, which led to delays and required significant internal effort to resolve compatibility issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
emSigner has helped us eliminate manual, paper-based approval processes by digitizing document workflows across departments. This has significantly reduced approval turnaround times, improved traceability through audit trails, and enhanced accountability at each approval stage. By integrating with our ERP and SharePoint systems, it ensures secure and efficient document handling, while also supporting compliance with internal controls and data protection standards. There are so many likes i can mention here in that i can mention few of them like security, ease of use, Web-based, Workflow and Automation. Throughout the research most of the person they are mentioning that emSigner is secure and legally recognised. it has seamless workflow. Like this there are so many likes is there according to their prospective.

There are less dislikes i can mention here like internet reliance, setup process and cost.I mean some of the person mentioned while working with emsigner u need to have good stable internet connection.
