What do you like best about the product?
The product helps to streamline the complete signing process. The solution is easy to deploy and get's up and running in short span of time. Operations and post implementation support is good.

Overall the product is mature and meets requirement however, the GUI can be made more intuitive.

Helping in digital transformation solving challenges related to time taken and manual efforts required for document signing.

What do you like best about the product?
eMudhra’s emSigner is a reliable and user-friendly digital signing solution that has greatly streamlined our document workflows. We opted for API-based integration, and the well-documented APIs made the process seamless, with no major challenges encountered. The demo portal proved extremely helpful for validating and testing our integration efforts.
The product is supported by a technically strong and responsive team, along with a highly professional and courteous Partner Management team. Their prompt assistance and effective communication were key in quickly resolving any issues we faced.
Overall, emSigner is an excellent solution for organizations aiming to digitize their document signing processes securely while ensuring compliance with global standards.

As part of our product offering, we have integrated emSigner to facilitate contract signing during customer onboarding. The emSigner APIs have enabled us to deliver a seamless and intuitive user experience by embedding the document signing process directly within our application. This integration has significantly streamlined our onboarding workflow while maintaining security and compliance.

Frequency of Use (Offline Mode): No offline signing option, which limits use in low connectivity areas.
Ease of Use (Mobile): The mobile app sometimes feels alittle over congested for a normal user, this reduces frequency of use hours.

Problem solved: Physical signatures slow down approvals and also require printing, scanning

What do you like best about the product?
emSigner, very user friendly app, help my customer to integrate with their application easily and easy to implement. Our development team also happy to work with your technical team for their prompt support. Your Sales team, Nuthan, Gishnu and very quick to understand the customer need and helped me to propose correct solution and the proposal to our customer to win the deal. Thank you very much for all the support we have received till now. And would look forward to propose emSigner to any future opportunities also.
