Very good system but do experience a few issues
What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely user friendly navigating around the different modules. The reporting functions are very good being able to build your own reports is very useful. How easily integrated with other software is also a huge positive for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few work arounds which makes processes longer then they need to be like having to post a supplier or customer refund as an adjustment, rather then direct to their account.
I also find when looking at payment/ invoice allocations, it's not very clear to see at all. Having to navigate to different screens to make sense of what invoice has been allocated to which payment.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time it has saved us is immeasurable making day to day processes much more streamlined and efficient. It's helped us move away from clunky manual reporting to easy to use, detailed and fast reporting.
