What do you like best about the product?
Able to automate almost anything!
Great Google Sheets integration.
Easy to understand user interface.
Requires no coding experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be a bit slow to trigger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating proactive customer contacts proactively.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is the simplicity, flexibility and customization of zapier. It's has the easiest API connectors for a variety of apps and able to create simple and complex workflows. Customer support is really helpful and zapier has a great online community to assist if you are stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
No difficulties at all when using this application. It's services are reliable and it have a large online community incase you need assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier makes automation almost seamless. It intergrates with almost any application. Easy to use and customize. Pricing is very affordable and aslo customer support is top notch.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier has tons of integrations with many web applications. It's easy to find one that you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is that there's a limit of 100 free "zaps" per month!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier informs my email marketing provider of a purchase from my Stripe account.

What do you like best about the product?
Yes. It makes integration easy. That's about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't expect to get any customer support and be aware, they may increase your pay plan without notifying you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly. I'd rather build integrations myself without Zapier and save the headache of working with Zapier.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to understand after you've played with it for a little bit, and makes my life so much easier having automated lead funnels for my teammates and myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. The most annoying thing is having to remember to update my automations when I change ad forms, but if that's my only complaint, that's on me, not zapier!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making my job easier by automating the process of getting my Facebook ad leads to myself and my teammates and streamlining our ability to reach our customers, potential and recurring.

What do you like best about the product?
By having integration with different systems or digital services, it allows the creation of automated workflows with a lot of creativity. The feeling is of surpassing barriers in terms of solutions and possibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zapier is usually an intermediary tool and depending on the different connections created in the same account, there is a conflict that causes performance loss in the zap's operation. I do not recommend using Zapier with Typeform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With it, I can transform manual steps into automatic ones, performed by Zapier itself. The time savings are significant compared to performing the same task manually. The workflows are very agile with this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease to setup automation and create custom hooks for my automation workflows

Haven't had any downsides yet; more options for integrations would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier allows me to integrate form submission from Everest forms to monday.com and also slack, which allows for quick data tracking and notification

- Top-level safety of data & accounts

What do you dislike about the product?
Automating simple tasks are super easy in Zapier but not the complex ones. Some apps have limited tasks to automate depending upon the developer. You need to request for the particular task which is time-consuming. Also, it got expensive nowadays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier is making complex automation easy with zero code integrations and workflows. It helps people from nontechnical backgrounds to deal in tech and build tech products. It helped me make my business easier and with less human involvement.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier makes the difficult easy. I believe it is the era of NoCode and automation, and Zapier is the king of automation.

Almost any tool can be connected, and in a very simple way. The most surprising thing is that what is easy in Zapier is not so in other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price. Although it has a free version, if you use Zapier seriously, the price is higher than other tools, although it is true that it is the most stable and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for two things, to complement what the tools don't do natively and to be able to connect several tools with each other. For example, to automate a real-time report of the orders from my website by countries and by profits.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to edit the records and use the id record inside the email notification.
What do you dislike about the product?
The error notification doesn't have enough information and I need to login into Zapier to find more details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I once had a spike in the tasks using Zapier support rep helped me to find the reason for it.
