Easy to use and affordable
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier helps me gathering all my leads to one list. It is very easy to configure and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have really much to say about dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have multible sites that are gathering leads for my emaillist and Zapier is helping me to gather the leads all in one place. Now I have a great overview over all my leads.
Create integration between applications
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very useful for creating the necessary integrations between applications that one uses. It offers the possibility to perform many integrations, the ones I have used the most are Google Sheets, Forms, WooCommerce.
What do you dislike about the product?
When starting to use the platform, it is somewhat complicated; only with time does one end up adapting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some errors occurred when testing some automation. At the time, contact the technical staff and with their help, I was able to solve it.
Simple and effective
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of use and the number of different platforms it includes. The setup is very simple and you can quickly have integrations between tools sharing information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of visibility in the errors, most are residual, but it would be good to have detailed logs of the errors.

Zapier has improved my life more than my recent divorce!
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is great for connecting things to other things. We use it for connecting Mobilo card to kvCORE and google sheets to Asana. It's wicked useful in automating tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
Zapier is pretty confusing, lots of testing is needed to make sure the zaps are working. Also when testing a zap, the process moves much quicker than when in actual use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier is helping us 'recycle' the waste product from one company to another. For example, leads who do not rent an apartment are sent to the brokerage as leads for potential home buyers.

some of the platforms steps are not clear or there to use. Example facebook events does not integrate yet with anything

The queen of automation tools
What do you like best about the product?
The time I save thanks to the famous "zaps." The most remarkable thing about Zapier is that it integrates with a multitude of tools, including some that are not mainstream. Even if you prefer other tools, you are more likely to find them on Zapier; in that, it is unbeatable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is quite a bit higher than that of most of its competitors. They could also work a bit more on the interface to make it more intuitive. Additionally, the learning curve is quite steep, although this happens with almost all automation tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to keep a record of my WooCommerce sales automatically, as well as organize emails, accounting... In short, it allows me to "forget" about mechanical tasks, saving me a lot of time.
Zapier makes integration a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier makes it incredibly easy to integrate with multiple apps across the web. They have a large library of compatible integrations which all work seamlessly within the UI. I mainly use Zapier with Hubspot and have been able to find many creative solutions through using the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, zaps have stopped working and there would have been no way for me to have known unless I logged into my account to verify for myself. Some type of alert would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier is life saver when it comes to logistics. Instead of having to create separate connections via multiple services I am able to aggregate everything all in to one.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and allows me to automate actions between different web applications that I use daily; I can create Zaps between applications; I save a lot of time and automate many of the manual tasks that I would not complete in a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
What we liked the least about the software is that the free plan is a bit limited or does not give you the option to Zap some applications if you are not subscribed to a plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What we like most about the software is that it is very easy to program the Zapiers and offers a great variety of default templates that we really like. This has helped us a lot to be more productive with our time.
Automation made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to connect most of the apps that my team uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
No live chat support. It would be beneficial if we have a live chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automation - We use Hubspot, Zoho, Unbounce, Mailchimp, etc. Zapier allows each of these apps to talk to each other and exchange data. Our team does not even know code.
Helps me to keep track of work opportunities using less time
What do you like best about the product?
There are lots of integrations with different apps that i use daily in my job. I use Zapier to keep track of social media conversations which could be relevant to my clients, without having to spend time scrolling through
What do you dislike about the product?
The limit to how many Zaps you can have on the free version can be frustrating. Also the automated nature of the software means that there can be some errors or irrelevant results picked up (or relevant results not picked up)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to monitor social media and emails without taking up so much time, so now I have more time on other tasks. I'm on the free version so it's also very budget-friendly
